I cannot recommend this place or Miss Michelle enough! She has been working with my almost-three year old for about 5 weeks now and Ive been blown away by what she has been able to learn and overcome. The first week was rough with a lot of crying, but seeing my daughter so confident and capable now makes it all worth it. Michelle is an excellent teacher. My daughter talks about her all the time.

Choosing to do ISR for our 1.5 yr old was the best decision we ever made. We had just moved from Colorado to Florida and our house happens to have a Pool in the backyard. We knew that getting a Gate around the pool would be a solution to protect our baby boy from drowning but after reading articles we knew we had to do more since our friends dont have gates around there pools. After searching and searching we found this place and got welcomed by Ms. Dawn. She made sure to keep us up to date with everything we would need and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Dawn is extremely Sweet, Patient and just an awesome instructor. Our boy of course cried and cried in the beginning but with her patience and kind words of encouragement our boy ended up loving it. We also loved that we were able to get in the pool with him so she could teach us how to teach him at home and continue to keep him safe. We are extremely happy with the results. We completely recommend Dawn and this location. Trust us you will not be disappointed.

Michelle was truly wonderful with my 2 year old daughter! I was amazed at how quickly she gained her trust, and the incredible progress she made in the pool in just a few short weeks. The lessons were fun and informative, and Michelle also takes the time to teach the parents how to best support our children in the water. She was also very easy to communicate with. The time commitment was so worth it, to see my daughter swim and float in her clothes and shoes—that when wet, probably weighed as much as she does! I would highly recommend Safe Waters Swim School for ISR lessons!

Michelle and Safe Waters Swim school are amazing. She takes her time with each child and works at their individual level and pace. My daughter started at 10 months and she’s a very confident swimmer now! My son is also in lessons with Michelle and it gives us great piece of mind that they have both learned these important life saving skills. It’s also a bonus that they are an indoor facility. She keeps it nice and warm inside the room as well as the water temp. I like to take my kids during the colder months because then we can enjoy swimming at home and at the beach during the spring and summer!

Our son had such an evolutionary journey with this program. We started him at about 1 year because we live on a canal and are in and around a lot of pools. He cried all summer through every lesson but the instructors still managed to instill the principles in him and it made me more confident he would survive in an emergency situation of falling in unsupervised. The following summer at 2 we started again and he cried for weeks, but just a few sessions before the end everything clicked and he became a confident little fishy!!! The instructors were always so positive and helped us make it through. We are forever grateful!!!

Michelle is a wonderful instructor! I love seeing my little one improving and even excited to be at lessons! By the end of it all Michelle felt like family. 100% would recommend ISR!

Michelle and dawn are the absolute best! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. 2 years old and 8 months old and I couldn’t be more at peace with them in the water. Complete confidence in their ability to SURVIVE in the water.

I loved everything about this class. Michelle was amazing with our daughter. The first few weeks were hard for me to watch. Izzy cried at first but then she figured it out and was having fun. She was even asking for more by then end. (18 months) I can’t wait for Michelle to come back to the Florida Keys so I can sign Izzy up again.

Was referred here and so happy with our decision! 10 months old when we started and Michelle Nutter works with our little girl everyday, keeping her safe, confident and teaching her skills for survival in the water! She gets to know each child and work with them at the own level! So worth it!

So happy we went with Safe Waters swim to teach our son to swim. I’m so impressed with his progress. Miss Dawn has been able to do more for my son’s swimming in 6 weeks than my last instructor did with a full summer. Would highly recommend.

My daughter learned to swim here when she was an infant. She swims like a fish now. The staff here are so nice and friendly. If youre looking for a place that teaches infants how to swim, this is it. I trust them and wouldnt go anywhere else.

My two year son has been taking ISR swim lessons with Ms. Michelle intermittently since he was 9 months old. She is a wonderful teacher and he loves swimming with her. I love the indoor facility. It is so great not having to worry about sunscreen or cold/rainy weather. They have this awesome deck and platform next to the above ground heated pool that makes it so easy to get him in and out of the pool without breaking my back. These lessons have given us such peace of mind when we are around a body of water. He has fallen into our pool a few times (with us right nearby) and he knows how to flip over and float.

Dawn and Michelle are excellent. We have two children who have been through their program. Our oldest is 4 and ISR taught her survival, but also gave her confidence in her swimming abilities. Now she is swimming all over the pool. Highly recommend Michelle and Dawn.

Tried calling four days ago, left a voicemail wanting more information on the swim lessons and no one calls back, Ive called multiple times because Ive heard great things about ISR but no one answers! And now the voicemail box has been full for days. Just going to look elsewhere now. 👍Edit: Called and left a voicemail with my number and my first name on Friday (I have my Google with my nickname), called Monday and Tuesday also without leaving a voicemail because the box is full. Still no call back. Even after you went through all of your voicemails, no call back. Theres enough time for you to reply to this review twice but not enough time to contact people back via phone. I even called just now to see if the voicemail box is full even after you went through all voicemails and it is.

My 2 year old took classes and we love Mrs. Michelle. I am confident we will all be safer around water!
