I loved my experience here!! The area from the outside looks kinda weird lol but it’s beautifully set on the inside and super clean. My friend and I went in for the hybrid set and we loved it!! Hannah took care of us she was super friendly and did a wonderful job. Just as how I expected. Perfect length perfect volume. They know what they’re doing! Definitely gonna go back 👌🏻

Outstanding customer service, comfortable environment, and quality work! Okay so I went here after having a bad experience had my lashes removed and got a new hybrid set by Sheila and was absolutely blown away by the outcome! This girl knows what she is doing and is very talented! I am a lash stylist myself so am very particular when it comes to lashes so I am not an easy person to please but she went above and beyond my expectations. Pictures do no justice. Not only do they look great, I had no discomfort or irritation during the service and the after effect is so comfortable. My lashes are as light as my own and I can tell that they will last. This group is amazing and the establishment is so comfortable and cute. Hands down one of the best is the DFW! So glad I found it!

This is my favorite product, my go to. I’ve tried so many over the years and it’s unusual to find a product that works in the arid environment of Arizona and the humidity of Texas. It never fails to impress and the staff are delightful and extremely helpful.

Basically you need to go to Tianna if you want someone who delivers amazing lashes that look beautiful and stay on for a long time. She is THE person to go to in Dallas if you want to buy supplies and is looked up to in her industry and hosts trainings to teach other lash artists her craft from her gorgeously posh store. Ive been getting lash extensions and lash lifts (like a perm for your lashes) for a couple of years now and I just love going there. Sometimes we gab, sometimes I nap, and I always leave there with gorgeous lashes.

I was very excited when I finally found a local store with good reviews and products for lash extensions. Although the drive time was 45 minutes, I did not mind since I figured I would be going somewhere worth my time.Unfortunately, my first time experience at the Lash Exchange was not too good. Customer service was not good. Walking in to a business and not being greeted is a red flag for me. But I thought, maybe the young girl in the front is busy. So I continued looking around the store. Which would have been a bit better if I was told about the products the store has. I saw a few products online that i was willing to buy at the store. Ten minutes looking around and I was still not acknowledged. So I finally asked for the price and when told the price the young lady sounded as if it was a lot for her to do. Then i asked her if the store had a certain type of tweezers and lashes, and just pointed at the center table...When (in my opinion) that was her chance to sell. I asked for price on anither product and she had a tone.Finally, I gave up and put the things back (that I was going to purchase) and left the store. I couldnt even get a thanks for coming or have a great day.Yes, I was disappointed and not satisfied with my visit. The customer service I received pretty much made me see the store differently. I didnt feel welcomed and felt like i wasted my time and gas.Maybe I went on a bad day. 🤷‍♀️

I called this salon to make an appointment Sarah answer and I ask for eyelash extension and I told her I’m going a way for 2 weeks so I need my eyelashes to be done very well to last for 2 weeks so with out saying anything she just hang up and after she hang up I called few more times she just rejected me soooo un professional. If you guys can not do it, then you should just say we can not do it... I’m still shuck

I love love love the lash exchange, Tianna is amazing at what she does. If I want super dramatic lashes to more of a classic everyday look she can do both. I always come out looking fabulous! She’s also very reliable and accommodating to your schedule, I’ve never had a last minute cancelation or had to be moved around.

Tianna is MAGIC! She has done both lash extensions and lash lifts for me, and she is highly skilled in both. Ive been to around 8 different lash artists in the 7 or so years Ive been getting extensions, and Ive finally found THE ONE! Do not waste your money getting subpar lashes...not only will you not look as fabulous, but your natural lashes will suffer too! She treated my natural lashes with such care, that when I had to take a break due to life circumstances and switch over to lash lifts (less frequent appointments), I had lashes to work with, instead of the nightmare nubs I hear so many women complain about. I am an Aesthetic Nurse Injector by trade, so when it comes to beauty, I do my research. You wont find a better lash artist, truly. Oh, and shes also the sweetest gem in the world, takes interest in your life, and has such an upbeat spirit about her. Her studio is beautiful and classy as well. Love love love!

Where do i even start?! I used to go to another salon realizing my lashes weren’t supposed to look this way. Then i decided to try a different salon when I met Tianna several years ago. She did such a good job and actually took her time. I kept going to her after that when she still worked at another salon. She was so fun, personalable and really good at my Russian volume lashes which i LOVED. I recommended her to my sister and she’s been going to get her lashes done with Tianna too since then! In between the time she opened the Lash Exchange, i followed her because i just couldn’t give her up since there was such talent. When she opened up her business i also told my other friend which she has been going to her since she opened Lash Exchange. Tianna is seriously the sweetest and does not let you leave the salon with anything less than perfect lashes. I recently moved to Houston and refuse to get my lashes done by anyone else lol she also sells really cool Lash accessories for Lash artists!!
