SAA has been a fantastic environment for our three children (2008 to 2022)--rigorous academics, community service-oriented programs, a dynamic music program, and a vastly improved and growing athletic program, all in a smaller school, Christian setting, with reasonable tuition. If a private Christian school is something you are considering, I highly recommend you check SAA out.

The students were alright I guess, but with so few students a lot super sheltered and the rest were quite rude. Teachers were the worst I’ve ever had, they were nice but didn’t know how to teach at all. Math teacher used a program that worked so badly I had to teach myself a year of Math after I’d left. If you’re rich and have sheltered kids that will grow up to be pastors and housewives this school is perfect. However, if you’re working class and have non-Adventist parents I’d highly encourage not to attend.

Great school. Everyone gets involved from teachers to the principal. Kids seem relaxed without the pressure of being cool, The education is great, teachers care and keep in touch with the parents if theres a concern. I am very satisfied with this school

We are blessed to have this school in our area!!!! Our two oldest boys attended there from K-12 and are proud to be alumni. Our youngest two are in the eight grade and cant wait to get to school everyday. If you are looking for a Christian environment for your children to be immersed in, then SAA is a place with God fearing teachers, administrators, and staff.

My daughter just completed 13 years at this school. She has developed into a beautiful young lady inside and out, in no small part thanks to the excellent staff and setting. Thank you SAA!!!

Such snotty students at this school. This place was a bad experience. Great education, great programs, the teachers do care, but would you want your child being the target of rumors and hate? Think twice about enrolling your child here.

Graduated here in 1976. Fantastic college-prep school - good people there! One reviewer called it a cult = wrong! There are some people in the church that are prejudiced against people from other faiths but that is not the tenet of the religion nor the practice at the school. There are many secular people at this school and the best teachers available. Nothings perfect & theres always room for improvement no matter where you go, but this is about as close to perfection as you can get! AS far as being a cult, Im not an adventist and I am now and was welcomed at both their church and their schools. There was no prejudice.
