Everyone working here is amazing. I went in to buy my fist set of knives, and the guy there was super helpful and walked me through the key aspects of different brands.Great people, I wont go anywhere else!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Tom was great with knives and helped me work through the selections. I happened to be needing a new Messer Meister bag and a few knife guards. I love the fact that I still get my professional discount . Which Is great considering Im opening a company soon. They offer some of the greater higher quality products for chefs and anyone who really cooks food. Their equipment on hand is also very good quality. From the coffee machines to ramekins . They even have professional classes on site.

I have never been to the store. This rating is for buying 4 products online through their gift registry as a friend is getting married. After spending more than an hour online not being able to place my order, I called their customer service. Chris seemed nice enough and get he just works there, BUT after 45 minutes on the phone with him we were still not able to place my order. When I review the order and hit submit, it reverts back to billing and have to re-enter everything AGAIN! Same thing happened with Chris in customer service, so its not me but trust me as Im a savoy online shopper. Although Chris found my friends registry, he couldnt even see what she had listed in it. I will now go to one of my friends other stores that she has listed on her full registry and buy something else. HORRIBLE online experience!!!!!

Came here to spend a lot of money. Pam came out of her way to tell me to cover my nose with my mask, empty store and i was near no one. Keep this old lady at home

This store, to me, is the equivalent of Disneyland to a child! I walk in the door, and I don’t know which way to go first! So many gadgets! 🤗

Love this store! Quality or quantity ..they have the best brands in all products. Their sale prices beat outlet prices, and always have something fabulous on sale, Like Le Creuset dutch ovens. The staff is so nice, and know their stuff! They have an amazing knife selection, including Global my favorite! I love the cooking classes, especially pasta making.

7E2-20B: Great collection of kitchen gadgets, tools, small appliances. Anything for kitchen, you will probably find it here.Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey.

Took a cooking class here with my wife. Definitely a great date night activity! Its fun to learn proper techniques and get to enjoy the meal you made when its done. It store is a bit pricey, but the products are high quality.

6 weeks ago we placed an order for a simple butter dish, with a 10 business day delivery window.... acceptable. 4 weeks went by no butter dish, called Sur LA Table And was told it just shipped from Europe and you should receive it in 10 days. It is now October 30th going on 7 weeks no butter dish called again was told we have no idea when you will receive your butter dish . Was told to have a nice evening and check back later...I have been in the customer service business for 30 plus years and I would never leave my customer hanging like that. I actually had to ask for them to call me back with an update by Friday... that would have been my 1st thought.... Ill be in touch as soon as I can find out at the latest by Friday. Very disappointed in customer service and will not be referring recommending or revisiting your establishment.

Cool place for anything that has to do with food / kitchen decorations. Definitely worth checking out when you are in the market for that type of stuff. The stuff can get pricy, but you can sometimes find a good sale.

No staff to be found. I was in there for more than 15 minutes and had it been busy, I wouldnt have been bothered. However, there was a handful of customers and not once did anyone attempt to help. I had to go searching for them. Not what one expects when going to a supposedly upscale establishment. Wont be coming back.

Love taking classes at Sur la Table and well as shopping there. The staff is super knowledgable and helpful.

My wife came here today with a large group of her co-workers for a cooking class.Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the meals they cooked with the help of the resident Sur La Table chef Matthew.

Cute mit, but not good my husband burned his hand taking cookies out of the oven! So we tossed out our sur la table square oven mit.
