Life-changing. Pam is an absolutely outstanding trainer, and that doesn’t even describe her with justice. She is encouraging, funny, kind, empathetic, and empowering. She makes you feel comfortable and pushes you to become stronger in yourself not just physically, but mentally. Anyone not being trained by her is genuinely missing out. She pours her heart into her craft and gives all of herself plus more. Everything about the facility is fabulous. It is clean, efficient, and not too overwhelming. Attending self-defense classes at South West Self Defense has been more than a joy. The only reason I am not continuing is because of an out-of-state move. Worth every moment. Pam was kind enough to host a self defense seminar for the Seneff Honors students at Valencia college. She was able to share so much information even while the class had to be held virtually. Everyone that has had the pleasure of working with or being instructed by Pam has had an overwhelmingly positive response to say the least. She is a fine addition to our community. It is wonderful to see someone who cares about every individual who comes through our door. She is one badass woman.

Pam is an awesome and motivating instructor. She completely explains and models how to perform the moves and then gives ample time for practice. She provides a warm and welcoming environment for all fitness levels, genders, and goals. The training focuses on the individual’s needs and can be as challenging as desired. It’s a combination of learning, fitness, and fun.

Workout was awesome. Pam instructed me on the correct form of boxing and kickboxing. She also taught me some self defense moves. I will definitely be going back!
