Our daughter loves Robin Dawn Academy! We tried other studios before coming to RDA and while they were fun, our daughter wasnt really learning much. RDA was different from day 1, the studio is very well organized, classes start and end on time. The classes are still fun but they provide the proper technique and instruction that was missing elsewhere. Classes are taught by highly skilled professional dance teachers, not students or helpers. In one year, we saw amazing progress in our daughter. She went from being a back row dancer to a front row star! She gained so much confidence, she was a different dancer!She loves the variety of classes- jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, acro, silks, aerial, and tumbling. She joined the competition team and loves hanging out with all her dance friends.We highly recommend RDA. We wish we had started with them from the beginning. I always thought that because they were the best in the area that they were more expensive, I was surprised to find that I had been paying more for less at my old studios!Definitely consider RDA if youre looking for dance, performing arts or just looking to get your child a little more activity. The new studio is amazing, it has plenty of space and classes. There is something for everyone. Plus- with all that space- there is plenty of space to social distance.

We absolutely love it at RDA. My daughter is not just learning to dance, she is learning terms that go with the dance. All of the teachers and the staff are very caring and loving. Theres different levels of classes and your child will learn certain things in each class before moving up to the next level. I love that we know what theyre going to learn. I also love that with the competition team you know exactly what you owe up front. Robin loves all of her children as if they were hers! Its not just a daycare to drop your children off at, it is a studio that they will truly learn dance terminology and not just the dance. 💙💃💚🕺#1 Studio

After trying a couple of other dance studios in the area that did not meet our needs and expectations, we found Robin Dawn Academy.We had heard of Robin Dawn’s extensive experience and impressive reputation for producing top-notch dancers in a friendly and enriching environment.Our daughter started at RDA almost 4 years ago and we are so thrilled we found this studio! The teachers are extremely talented, professional and a pleasure to work with, and the students and parents have become like family.Our daughter competes on the RDA competition team and absolutely loves it. She has grown so much in dance and as a driven, hard-working, responsible young lady, and the friendships she has formed are invaluable and will likely last a lifetime.I would highly recommend Robin Dawn Academy!

After trying other studios, we attended a class at RDA. My dancers fell in love immediately! The teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate! The office staff works diligently to provide information via email as quickly as they can, and are always happy you answer any questions you have! Being new to dance (with 3 dancers!), I felt a little overwhelmed, but other moms were happy to help and put my mind at ease! We always recommend RDA to anyone that asks and love being part of the dance family! Thank you Robin and staff for providing such an amazing place for our kids to learn and grow!

I enrolled my oldest daughter at Robin Dawn after touring several of the local dance studios in the area. Coming from Miami where there are so many excellent Dance Studios to choose from, RDA was the only one that I would consider.My oldest daughter was 4 when she started dancing there and she continued dancing there until she graduated high school at 19.The teachers at RDA helped shape my daughter into a beautiful and talented dancer but have also helped her gain a discipline and work ethic that continues to help her in all aspects of her life.I totally appreciate what they’ve done for her and am happy with the choice that I made back in 2004. Something tells me that I will be back someday to bring future grandkids to the studio.

I am a mother to a 7 year old. We have been to two other studios, none taught my daughter technique, or even anything remotely resembling what she has learned since attending Robin Dawn. This is a big studio, and what I love most is that every child gets first class training by teachers that are well equipped. My daughter has grown by leaps n bounds, and she loves it! As long as she is learning and growing, then I am happy. Bring your children down to try a few classes so that you too can see what a true dance experience should feel like. I absolutely love Robin Dawns studio. She has great teachers, beautiful dancers, and positive vibes. Robin Dawn truely loves her students and it shows. We tried out a few other studios and were disappointed. My daughter had the best year of dance. Were excited to see how the competition team will do this year. Info is sent to your email which makes it easy to access. There is a TV to monitor your dancer and also a viewing window for one of the rooms. Thanks for making my childs dance dream possible. I have been to many other dance studios in Cape Coral and this by far is the best! The other reviews are talking about how the cost is outrageous, I dont think they have priced out other studios. Also other studios also charge for recital fees, and other fees not included in your tuition. Recitals at other studios are a chaotic time and require more of the parents. This is our first year at this studio and we are EXTREMELY happy with the staff and the instruction that my daughter has been receiving. I DO believe that Robin Dawn has phenomenal dancers and it shows during the competition season. If you are debating whether to bring your child here or not, just give it a try. I did, and Im SO glad!

On behalf of the residents of Shell Point I would like to thank the Robin Dawn Dance Academy for an amazing show last night. The young dancers were precious, the older dancers were exceptionally trained and talented, and all were incredibly professional! As a retired ballerina I truly appreciate what Robin Dawn is doing for the community and the performing arts.

Dance moms? It’s 10x worse. Girls are cute, all they know is to know. Moms....scary!! Some are super genuine, some I can tell wanna make $$$ off their kids. Lolol!!!! Idk why this almost has 5 stars, everyone acted different towards me when I pulled out a camera! Lol!! Footage = freedom of speech public area, I got it! This was my daughters first year at Robin Dawn. Although Im grateful for the teachers and their knowledge there was lack of communication. After a year of dancing a month before the recital we are told they need a different color shoe. It wasnt until the recital in which I became extremely dissapointed. Emails were never clear, most of the time inaccurate information, never emails that reference my childs class exclusively, it was always the entire dance studio information which becomes a bit confusing especially around recital time. We spent over 340 dollars on tickets for the recital and on the day of were told we had to purchase one for our child whos in the recital if they want to go watch in the auditorium between dances- we paid a 85 dollar dance recital fee, I dont thing its fair if she didnt have a ticket she has to sit in the dressing room for a hour between dances. The lady taking tickets (volunteer or not) was so rude and very unkind to everyone who went through. Moms had to run into the auditorium to watch their kids dance and run out as soon as their child was done because the teachers said no one was there to watch them. In my opinion there wasnt clear communication and effort especially for the amount of money being paid for this and to get the parents to pitch in and help so they all didnt have to run back and fourth for two days and waste 18 dollars on a ticket for something they dont get to watch. Unfortunately we wont be going back.

The teachers are cocky because of their professional background, the students think too high of themselves despite not even being able to do a proper pirouette, overpriced, and crowded. I dont even know why theyre considered the best dance place in Cape Coral.
