Unfortunately, I cant give a positive review because Ive not has a positive experience.I ordered two chairs, Hercules 1000. I received two chairs, Hercules 650.I called and spoke with a wonderful customer service representative, Uriel. He sent on the message for me. I got an email from Leanne asking for a photo of the chairs. I sent it, but heard nothing back until several days later. Again, Leanne requested a photo of the chairs I received. I, again, sent it. I have heard nothing back. Both times I included my contact information so there wouldnt be a problem getting hold of me.This had been going on for 10 business days.In the meantime, I have a large box with two chairs I dont want taking up a large space in my small dining room.Ive been in customer service, even having my own business, for 45 years.Suffice it to say that Im very disappointed.

I love love my new chair -- firm but comfortable and very sporty looking -- sleek and athletic -- just like me. HA! Also the embroidery is high quality.

The latest experience was less than stellar. Ordered in early June - 2 of the 3 chairs I wanted were backordered. I expected them to send the one that was in stock. Nope. Finally got the 2 back ordered chairs last week, 2 chairs in one huge box with minimal packing. Where the heck was the 3rd chair that had been in stock for the past 2 months??? It showed up 2 days later in the same huge box with no packing materials, scratched, dented, and filthy. So - mixed results this time. Their products are good but their cust. svc. could use some beefing up. Oh and packaging/shipping dept. DEFINITELY needs some training.

I bought around 30 chairs. the ones with wheels are good. the executive ones for the office without wheels came all banged up and took months to get delivered.

My chair was back ordered for a month, was then marked as shipped a full week before it actually was, was sent in a cardboard box with little internal protection for the components (base was wrapped with one square of bubble wrap), arrived beat to heck and gone and with damage to the back (cut), seat adjustment plate (bent - seat leans strongly to the left), and the headrest (latch to hold it up is broken so it falls right back down when adjusted). When I attempted to contact customer service for the chair manufacturer my email was and is being ignored. Then you send me an email with a link to leave a review and ask me how you did? This whole experience has put me off ever doing business with you again, and I will never buy this brand of chair again.Edit to add: I attempted to contact bizchair.coms customer service using the form on their website but the form would not save and never gave a reason why. I ordered the High Back Designer Black Mesh Executive Swivel Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Arms [BL-ZP-806-BK-GG] The chair was delivered, fast shipping, packaged nicely, assembly required. Its been a week that i have had the chair in my home office. Since we have been on lockdown ive been using it 8-10 hrs a day. Im very pleased with my purchase, and the price was perfect. I do have some recommendations as to assembly, use the shipping box to support the chair as you assemble it, makes it much easier. see pictures.

95 out of 100. The chair was very reasonably priced, was delivered on time, was easy to assemble, all the parts and tools were included. Its a very comfortable chair and all the controls work. If I could change anything with the design, I would allow more freedom of movement in adjusting the arms; both in and out as well as up and down, since thats the key adjustment for comfort when keyboards are in play. Very satisfied!

I received my sturdy chairs. I really like them. The heaviest person in my home weighs 240 and has no problem sitting in the chair. I plan to buy pillows for the seats, which will make sitting more comfortable.

Ordered some banquet chairs to have on hand when company comes over and it was a damage in shipment. Have purchased a few chairs from Bizchair and always appreciated the quality of the chairs. Most recently I got an ergonomic task chair. While the quality is still superb (its sturdy, comfortable and truly ergonomic) the color leaves something to be desired. I ordered the green chair which appeared be a standard green on the lighter side but not pastel and what I received is pictured below. Whether its green is questionable but theres no question its neon and very bright. It doesnt match anything I own but since its saving my aching back while working at home, Im keeping it.

Your chair is awful I have been trying to return it. I sent you a movie and three pictures because it’s defective. The chair wobbles side to side won’t fully open and a cold is the only size person who’s hips can fit in it. My 159 lb 5’8” is squeezed in the seat. You are supposed to sent me a return label I have called and contacted you 6 times. Emailed sent pictures nothing. I had the chair for 5 minutes when I called you. The chair is supposed to hold 300-509 lb person for a 220 son of ours he really can’t sit in it

I love my chair..but the contact information for Bizchair.com was less then acceptable. Said my chair shipped but tracking shown 2 different dates for ETA. Then went a week as pending in transit. I took weather into account and settled down. Point being no one responded to emails questioning my purchase.

Excellent 1st time shopping experience with Bizchair.com! My chair was shipped very quickly after I placed my order and was received in perfect condition, fully assembled. Im a big guy, over 400 lbs, and the chair is very sturdy and stable for my needs. The fabric color is exactly the same as in the photo and looks like it is durable.

I would be willing to change my stars if I ever hear back from customer service. I received the chair and when I went to put it together found that it was very broken (see picture). I called customer service to return it and had to leave a message and I have yet to hear back from them so at this point, they have my money and I have a useless chair. Poor Delivery.I appreciate how I was able to go through the website and easily pay for a great desk and bar stools, and I also love how when the table was delivered and missing a part, they were immediately on it. However, its been almost a month and I still havent received a pair of bar stools I ordered from them. One would think, why would they list it and say they have it if it isnt in stock? or Why do I need to consistently call for updates for a product I assumed was in stock. All in all, I think they are a pretty good company, however the delivery seems to be a poor quality that affects their entire business as a whole.

Biz Chair sent me an email asking for this review, so here it is.This order was sample order of a chair to see how it meshed with the décor in person. The intention was to buy many more after reviewing this piece.The chair seems fine, but was delivered without some of the screws required for it. I contacted them the day it arrived noting this. The auto response said theyd contact me in response.After 1 week of waiting I contacted them again; both through their online portal and by fighting through their horrible phone tree. The phone operator promised to send me the requested missing parts. It has now been another week, I still do not have the parts or even a tracking number for them.The product seems fine, as are the prices. The lack of minimal customer services or accessibility to customer services is not the same as but reminiscent of scam store.I would suggest that any potential buyers be very warry.

Make sure you read about what you are buying. We bought unassembled chairs unknowingly because the assembly description was deep in the website. Called customer service they were not helpful at all and did not offer to remedy the situation. We would have gladly paid more for assembled chairs if expectations were properly set.

Bought another 20 blue folding chairs for office. Like them much better than the standard folding metal chairs you can purchase anywhere. Easy to keep clean and sanitized. Did have one chair get bent by someone at least 300 lbs or more who sat down and the chair just bent in the legs right under him. Had to throw it away. Shipping was free and everything arrived early.

We unpacked them and found that they were not suitable for there intended location.We called biz chair and advised them of our problem and they advised that they would email us a processing form.Two days later we received the ROA form. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it won’t let me give zero stars. This company is HORRIBLE do not use them and if you do be prepared to never get what you ordered as well as never receiving any contact from them. I went to the BBB and they were also not able to get contact back from this business. After resigning to the fact that I was just out my $193 I received my shipping notification that I now had to return because after 4 months I ordered a chair from Amazon. After receiving both chairs I started the return process. The lady I spoke to was kind and said she would send me FedEx labels to return them and scheduled a pick up for the next day and told me on the phone that as soon as they were picked up she would process my return because of all that had happened. I reached out the business day after the chairs were picked up and the same lady said when she received the chairs she would process the return which was opposite of what she told me on the phone. I reached out again the day after the chairs were delivered back to the company to inquire about my return and am back to receiving no contact and again no return.Long story short DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY!

My Martha Washington computer chair is a 5 out of 5 stars, but I gave it 4 out of 5 simply because the left arm rest came flawed. The foam cushion under the faux leather was compressed in the middle of the arm and when I rest my left arm on it my arm sinks into the depression. Poor quality control on my particular chair. I really like the black which looks more expensive than the $207 I paid for it. I’ve been a customer of BizChair for years and I’ll be back. Good chairs for the price + free shipping. A++ overall!!

I bought 7 steel chairs, 4 had soft seats and I bought an extra seat to fix one I had, 3 were all steel and will be here when I am gone. I also bought a rolling desk chair I am waiting on. The lady whom I spoke too clearly understood what I wanted, took time to guide me to a solution and they met my needs. The chair is better than expected. Bought another one for my sister. It has the quality of the expensive models for a tenth of the price.

I ordered this chair in white and gold, and it looks exactly like the picture. It swivels nicely and looks slick. However, the assembly process was not easy. It comes with all of the tools necessary, but the screws weren’t going in easily. The screw holes didn’t really line up, so it took three people and probably about three hours to finally set it up. You definitely need lots of strength to put this together, but it has been worth it so far. It was the cheapest to buy it from Bizchair, as this product is sold by many different, more expensive places. After I placed the order, I got an email saying it was on back order, and therefore it took a heck ton of time to arrive. The material is very smooth, and you don’t have to worry about staining it with your blue jeans or anything. Overall, this chair is pretty great and it hasn’t disappointed me since!

Called in to ask questions and they were answered accurately and courteously. Product arrived sooner than expected and was exactly what we wanted.

The products themselves are wonderful. However, communication with this company was not great. Half of my order shipped, and the status of the other half said it was ordered. I waited THREE MONTHS because I was under the impression it was just backordered. Finally, I got on their website again and saw that the items I had been waiting for were in stock and shipped the next day. I emailed customer service and was basically asked, Oh, you still wanted those? I was not impressed. We needed these chairs ages ago. I waited needlessly.

So many selections, so reasonable prices, but quality was not expected; the chair i purchased was decent looking. After assembled it myself, as the description didnt mention self assembling was needed, the quality of the wheels were bad; they get stuck so many times scraping on floor instead of rolling smoothly. Will still try another time, but fingers crossed.

Im sorry. I really like the table but must say that it has been falsely advertised. In the listing it says that the table has a silver top, but both of the ones I received (one from Amazon which I returned and the other directly from Bizchair and have kept just because I didnt want to bother sending it back for a second time) have BLUE tops. Yikes. So Biz folks need to be clear about what this product is -- a small table with silver legs and a shiny blue top! Its a great little table: easy to assemble, sturdy, and the right size. But man is it UGLY! haha. Guess I lost this one.

Well I had purchased chairs I decided to return. I had to leave messages for customer service (no one answered during regular business hours) and never received a call back. They allow only a 30-day return policy, but they make you speak with a representative prior to returning your item. If no one calls you back, how are you eligible for a return? I ended up selling the product on social media, but this is terrible customer service. Wont use this site again.

I order 2 chairs for my kids. After waiting several days for them to ship, I tried calling and asking them to cancel them. No response. So I emailed them to cancel the order, and they emailed me back and said it was too late it had already left their facility. Waited another day for the tracking info since they said it had already left their facility. Nothing. After waiting a few more days I disputed the charge with my credit card since it had never shipped and still no refund. Then almost a week after that I get an email saying my order has finally been shipped. So it took them almost 3 weeks to ship out 2 kids chairs which I had tried multiple times to cancel. Horrible customer service. Save your money and time and order from somewhere else where they actually care.

The item I ordered was on backorder which is fine. It happens sometimes, but no matter how hard I tried I could not get in touch with anyone at the company via phone or email. When I FINALLY received a response from my inquiry it contained no information other than that my order was on backorder which I already knew. It too about a month longer than the initial estimate for my chair to arrive. The chair is great, but customer service is non-existent and that could keep me from using them in the future.

Extremely long sales and shipping process. Had to have a quote made for a spare part, it took days. Shipping took maybe 3 months? Was not informed on the quote that the part had to be shipped from China. Still should not have taken 3 months. Very poor communication on status of order once placed.

Horrible experience with bizchair. I order two of these bar stools in May and when they arrived they were missing the back piece. I called the company and they were friendly said they would send the back pieces. Two weeks later I received the wrong back pieces in the mail. I took photos and emailed them to their customer service rep letting them know the backs were not the correct ones and didnt fit. I never heard back so i called the company. Was told they would send the correct ones. A couple weeks later i called again and was told that because of covid they didnt have the correct backs and dont know when theyll be in stock. I asked for a refund and wanted to return the pieces that i have. They said they couldnt do a refund and i would have to wait until they can get the pieces in stock. Its now September and i havent heard anything and will now have to find different bar stools, be out the money I spent.Also i tried to leave a review on the actual bar stools and their system wouldnt allow my review to be submitted. I believe they dont allow low star reviews on their website. So i posted my review via google.

Getting in touch with customer service is extremely difficult. They dont answer the phone, dont answer messages, and they dont engage on social media. If youre able to get in touch with customer service, they are really nice and helpful people. I would be hesitant to buy from them until they fix their customer service issues.

I ordered this chair for myself because I used the same model at my previous place of employment. Assembly requires some masterful juggling and balancing using feet, knees, and elbows to align the pieces just right in order to insert and tighten the bolts. Use your own allen wrench if you have one as the one that comes with the kit is soft and strips quickly. I am pleased with the finished product, but it would be even better if the arms could be raised and lowered and if the back could be tilt-adjusted to support my lumbar better. The price was very competitive and it arrived in a timely fashion.

I ordered 6 chairs. Only received 5. One package of 4 and another package containing only 1 chairs days laters. Please correct.

I ordered a stand up desk. Desk arrived on time. Got everything out of the boxes to put it together. It is missing the directions and all the hardware. I called customer service, no answer, left a message. Next day, called customer service, no answer, left a message. Also sent an email form through their website. No response. Third day called a different number I received from a friend who also had issues with BizChair. Customer service did answer and she was very nice. Told me she would email me the directions and have the hardware in the mail to me. She read off my email to me. I never received the directions and at this point I have no hope to receive the hardware. My husband went and bought hardware to get it put together and then we find out its also missing part of the power cord. I have no hopes in getting any help from this company so will search to see if i can find the missing piece elsewhere. DO NOT shop with this company. I shouldve read the reviews before pushing the buy button. Worst customer service ever.

We ordered 3 desks, 5 chairs and an office chair. 2 of the 3 desks came in damaged. I sent photos and requested assistance on replacing these and it has been over a week and I have yet to get any further communication. Quite disappointing
