The instructor Alliyah is poor at communicating. Does not go out of her way to help. The website is complicated to navigate and never works.Very disappointed, take you $ elsewhere!

Awesome establishment. Super convenient & even a fun environment (online/in-person). Aaliyah is very personable and a joy to be around. I finished the courses in just a few weeks, being aggressive with taking the courses when it was convenient for me (nights + weekends). You can schedule + plan out to your liking. If something doesnt work for you, theyre more than willing to work with you. I absolutely enjoyed the experience and would recommend anyone take their courses with her & with CREC!

Picking the CREC was the best decision I made! I would recommend this school to anyone in heart beat! This school is ideal for working people.The flexibility it provides on taking each module made it so easy to work around my working and family schedule. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming to all. Best of all, Aliyah was a phenomenal instructor and such a great person overall. It was such pleasure being apart of her class. She very knowledgeable and makes it easy to intake the information youll need to pass the exam. Great class! The class schedule worked perfectly with my work schedule. Aliyah is very knowledgeable and can help you understand everything! She does a very good job at breaking things down and making sure you understand what you need to know for the test. Very relaxed and easy going and great way of explanations.

Cambridge Real Estate Collaborative is the real estate school to go to. If you are really looking to pass the RE exam and excel in your RE career, this where you want to. Aliyah is very organized and informative. She takes the time out to even give you a one on one of there is a part youre not sure of. You also get to stay in contact with her even after finishing the course. She is always available to answer any questions. The location is perfect. I am pleased and would recommend everyone to try them. Thumbs up to The CREC!

Aliyah was able to condense the class into the most important aspects. She did not waste anyones time, was very real, thorough and engaging. She was able to answer questions intelligently, drawing from her knowledge and wealth of experience. It was a great investment.

It was a great course. She took her time and made sure the class understand the material, she also provided excellent examples for different situations we might encounter. After taking the course she provided us with access to reviewing the material on the website. She was awesome and I looking forward to returning for my Apex training.

I was very pleased with the training I received. It was affordable and informative...well worth the 50 minute drive to get there! It was a relaxed setting and Aliyah made sure everyone in the class not only got the information they needed but truly understood what she was teaching them.

I booked with Quarters on DOT Short Term Rentals Boston (an affiliate) for 4 nights. I had a schedule flub and they wouldnt waive their cancellation fee - which may be their right - but didnt show any flexibility or courtesy even though I gave 13 days notice. This was a terrible experience. Not only did they keep my booking fee ($500+) but they said their system wouldnt allow me to reinstate my booking and I had to make another booking if i wanted to stay with them. Now, they wont take my phone calls and Im shocked - just shocked- at their poor level of customer service.

The 40-hr course has an actual Instructor who was informative and knowledgeable of the content and test prep. Real-life scenarios were addressed and explored. Location was convenient and classrooms were comfortable. I would highly recommend!

I just passed the exam and it was due in great part to the style of the class. Do what she says and pay attention to the language and you will pass. I will be taking APEX there ASAP!

Best deal in town if you are looking for classes for your RE exam! They covered the exact material I needed to to know to pass- and I did pass the first time taking the test. CREC students have a high first time pass rate.Classes were fun, teachers great, convenient location. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent RE school and the owner is super involved, and gives classes herself. She is very knowledgeable and available when she is at the school and can answer any question that you have on RE and the industry. I recommend this group to anyone who is wanting to get involved in RE as it is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone in the sphere.

The instructors are very professional and knowledgable. The experience is great and recommend it anyone pursuing a career in Real Estate. I took my broker classes here, and to say the least this establishment exceeded my expectation. Very happy with this place and will not hesitate to come back again for continuing Ed or anything else I might need!

I enjoyed sitting thru the modules because the material was presented very well and addressed most questions that may have come up. Along with the material, guests came in to share a bit about their personal experiences in the field. In my opinion, if your looking for a great learning experience in reality, this is the place to go.

Really great place to take classes!! The instructor uses slides so you can take notes; however, you can bring in your iPad/laptop to view the course material on line. Really great analogies as she uses real life examples plus she is always open for questions~

I definitely heard Aaliyahs voice (in my head) advising me of testing strategy during my Mass. RE exam. The CREC provides the best practical training a prospective agent could hope for.

The CREC is by far the best place to do your real estate training! APEX is a unique program not offered by many other local schools. The program provides students with the knowledge they need to immediately be successful in the sales business. I highly recommend CREC for your initial training as well as the APEX program.

Classes are brief and teach everything needed to pass the licensing exam. Having the material online made studying much easier.

The best class ever, Alina is an excellent teacher, she excplained everything in details and made sure everyone in class got all their questions answered.

I paid for the class on Groupon, only paid $50. I was so excited thinking I had just found a great deal. The classes where extremely short, I did not learn anything at all. We did not have time to take notes. We where told everything is available online. If I wanted to take an online class I would choose an online a class. I am now reading a 273 page book alone googling every other word. At the end of the MA required classes that were not taught properly we were emailed advertising to sign up for their own APEX classes. I feel as though the classes where put on groupon for cheap to draw people in and NOT prepare them for test to only then shove another class at them promising to actually teach somethiing. Very dissapointed, would never recommend this school, cant understand how it has such great reviews.To the woman who responded to this, you should absolutely be ashamed at your response. I just saw it or I would have replied sooner. I have been In this country since I was 7 years old. I know grammar significantly better than you. Perhaps you should offer better services and take criticism where it’s due. Your class was a joke and judging from your response so are you.
