KH really helped make us as new parents feel comfortable and welcomed. Terry and her staff have been nothing short of amazing and our 1.5 year old looks forward to seeing her friends (some of them staff) every day. They say it takes a village...kids haven feels like just that. Highly recommend

We love Kids Haven! Our daughter started at 12 weeks old. We were encouraged to visit prior to her start date and everyone was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they have a personal relationship with and truly care about every child in the room. On the first day they even called to let me know how she was doing! I don’t worry one bit about her while she is there and know that she is in great hands. I love that I get an email every day after I pick her up to show when she ate, napped, etc. - it has been a huge help in keeping a similar routine on the days she is home. I also love the flexibility of only paying the days we attend.

After coming from an in home day care, we were apprehensive transitioning our child to a facility. Kids Haven came highly recommended by a friend of ours and it has not disappointed in the nearly two years our child has attended. We are absolutely certain that her development has benefited tremendously from the curriculum and daily interaction she receives at Kids Haven. The staff is excellent at communicating everything from concerns, to compliments and everything in between. We regularly receive pictures of our child engaged in activity and it is clear that she thoroughly enjoys her time at Kids Haven. I would highly recommend Kids Haven to anyone seeking a positive learning environment for their children.

I have always had a good experience. Have several pay options so you can choose which one works for you. I only pay for what I use and I dont have to pay if my kids get sick or I have to cancel as long as I let them know! They are always learning new things and come home with many projects! Many age appropriate activities and the workers have always been friendly and caring!

When we began our search for the perfect daycare for our daughter a year ago we quickly decided on Kids Haven as our final choice. The peace of mind we felt knowing that the staff are highly trained and well educated, that the school has a 4 star parent aware rating, and the ability to see our daughter while we were away on the KidVision cameras was what we were seeking. Since enrolling our daughter she has excelled academically and socially! Our daughter loves going to school each day! As well having a preschooler attending Kids Haven we have an infant enrolled as well; the owner, director, assistant director and infant supervisor gave an additional amount of peace of mind when enrolling our son! I was very nervous as he was little but they reassured me on multiple occasions that he would do so well, and he is. Each day both of my children find great joy in going to Kids Haven and as a parent I find great joy in bringing my children there! By far one of the best choices we have made for our children was enrolling them at Kids Haven!! We LOVE our school and daycare!

Great child care center with some awesome staff, from infant thru school age. Been bringing my kids here for almost 11 years. Convenient hours and flexible scheduling. With a great hair salon. Nothing better than to pick your child up after a busy day and they have a fresh hair cut. One less stop to make. Love it! And I would highly recommend this child care center..:)

I have a 6 month old who started at Kids Haven at 12 weeks old, when I returned to working full time. I was worried about leaving him in someone elses care, but Kids haven was highly recommended to me by my co-workers. I liked that they had us come in and get set up in advance and showed us around so I felt comfortable the first day. They called that first day and let me know how my little guy was doing and encouraged me to call anytime to check in, which made me feel more at ease. Staff are always friendly at pick -up and drop off and my child seems to be getting to know them and is happy when I drop him off. Love the flexibility of only paying when he is there.

Best daycare, hands down. We interviewed several facilities and in home care, and I felt the most comfortable with Kids Haven ... and they have above and beyond exceeded my expectations - which, with a special needs child were VERY big! I love their expertise, their flexibility with scheduling, but most of all, my daughter LOVES her teachers and thats what matters most. The kids will tell the tale, and my daughter squeals in delight and claps her hands when I ask if she wants to go visit Ms. (teachers name) ... and they are the only people she freely goes to without having a meltdown, so I know shes getting the best care when Im not there! An added bonus is the fun activities and art projects she routinely brings home. I love how active they have the kids - even from a young age. Truly, choosing Kids Haven to care for our daughter has been one of the best decisions weve made for her.

Both our children have attended Kids Haven since they were young, starting out in the infant room! Now one in preschool and one attending kindergarten, Kids Haven has been a great place for transition, learning, and socializing . Every teacher does great at their job and have taught my kids so much! I will, and have recommended Kids Haven to all friends and family! With not living in the Buffalo area, I still would not choose a different daycare facility for our children, its worth the drive!

Kids Haven takes great care of my child! We recently moved from Buffalo to Cokato and I love Kids Haven so much I just couldnt bare to move my son to a different childcare facility closer to our home. They have a wonderful staff that truly cares about the children they are caring for everyday. They have amazing hours and reasonable rate too! I would highly recommend Kids Haven.

I love the flexibility and not having the pressure of having to know my sons schedule a week ahead. My son loves his teacher and we feel comfortable leaving him at Kids haven while we work. Highly recommend this place.

We recently had to change daycares due to a medical emergency. We were a little apprehensive to try a center but Kids Haven came highly recommended. Our daughter has been there for about a month now and we love it. We get emails everyday giving a summary of her day, including pictures. The teachers in her room are very nice and seem to genuinely care about the kids. I like that there is a camera in her room so I am able to check in and see what she is doing. They bring out a variety of different toys and activities so I know she is getting exposure to a lot of different things. I love the hours and the dependability of a center with multiple staff. I dont have to worry about what to do if my provider is sick. This was maybe going to be a temporary solution but we intend to keep her there. I would highly recommend Kids Haven.

We have been using Kids Haven for over 5 years. Our children have always been treated with love and respect. As infants, their home schedules are followed. They have no trouble following the diet and schedule we use at home. As theyve moved up to Toddler, they are given plenty of attention and interaction. I am impressed by Kids Havens flexibility when schedules change. My 5-year old daughter truly loves her teachers too. They make her feel comfortable and she really loves learning something new every time she attends class.

This is THE best daycare center around! Owners are great staff is great. I have never had an issue with the way my kids have been cared for! Recommend this place 100 percent

Love it here. I love the fact that i can watch my son in his classroom. Also, everytime I have an issue that comes up or questions they will resolve it IMMEDIATELY. Definitely would recommend this daycare to another family.

I dont trust to many people with my son but I trust all the employees I came in contact with at kids Haven.The employees are polite and really nice! The facility is clean and organized.

I love the convience of being able to drop my children off when needed. I have found no other daycare that does a hourly rate. my kids love it there and we have had a great experience since going there.

I have three kids that go to Kids Haven. Our family has been using their daycare services for about eight years. For the most part it has been a good experience. They have well thought out activity schedules for each age group and plenty of fun field trips during the summer for school age kids. There are a variety of ways to make payments and you can choose to be on an hourly rate or a daily rate. My biggest complaint would be that some of the part time staff employees are not as organized or enthusiastic as the primary care staff, but its never been a huge problem and tends to fluctuate. The primary staff is really good, very approachable and friendly.

Kids Haven has made it so much easier for me to return to work knowing my child is in good hands. The staff is very caring, understanding, and eager to answer any questions Ive had. They seem to enjoy their job and have a special relationship with each child in their care. I love having access to the webcams to check in throughout the day. They also email about your childs daily activity with notes and sometimes fun pictures so you know the details of when they ate or had diapers changed.

Kids Haven has been the perfect child care for our kids, the teachers are wonderful and really work to provide an atmosphere that promotes learning and fun for the kids. The variety of curriculum each month is really nice and the daily electronic kubby notes have been great for knowing what happened during each day. Our children have learned so much from attending daycare at Kids Haven and we cant imagine them going anywhere else! We also really appreciate that they offer flexible schedules so that we only pay for the hours that our kids are at daycare.

Love taking my son here. All thelse staff here are amazing. Ive never had a bad expierence. I think the best part though is how if your child is transfered to a different room and the staff does not know you they will ask u for ur ID to make sure that you are the parent or an approved party to pick up your child, as well all the doors have lock codes on them so u either have to have a code to get in or ring a guest door bell as well as being able to see my child throughout the day with there cameras that u can gain access to once your child is attending kids haven!

The staff are very trustworthy and sweet to my baby!
