Very unprofessional!! Such nasty and childish service. Would never recommend this place! It is so bad. Not just one person but several were rude.

Very well organized and operated. I sent my son here to get his drivers education and would highly recommend for all youth to attend.

Mr A is awesome and so nice! I was in a hurry to pass my exam and I was very nervous and he talked to me and calmed me down and I passed my exam and got my license. Thanks Mr A!!

Arroyo driving school is an amazing school. Instructors are very nice and informative, they aren’t strict at all they have good prices and they make sure that you pass and get your license. Mr. A and Mrs. A are one of the best people because they are very determined and caring. When you take you’re driving test they are really calm and nice and make sure you do everything right. I personally would very much recommend Arroyo driving school to anyone. BEST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER!!!!!!!

I took the teen instructional class and it definitely helped me better understand and apply the necessary knowledge a driver should possess while on the road. The instructors are patient and very well-qualified to educate both adults and teenagers. I had a wonderful experience at this driving school and I would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants their teen to attend classes.

Very good humble people at this driving school. I would 100% recommend this class to any teen or adult. The class was very easy to catch on to and very good teachers.

They do not care about if you learn to drive or not, they just want your money. The instructors are also rude, especially the guy that works there. One of them took the wheel while I was driving instead of telling me to move the car. They never answer your calls either. Save your $300, I wish I could’ve gotten a refund and left.

I would not recommend this school. We took our son to this school and the service was bad. The instructors dont seem to be qualified or trained on how to teach properly. My son was never taken to drive on the expressway. He completed the program but took the final driving test with 1st Choice Driving School instead. Much, much, much, much better school. Dont waste your money in this school.

Worst driving school in Brownsville, owners/instructors have no patients with students and make it very uncomfortable and overwhelming, unprofessional attitude towards their customers and overall would not go back again. Owners ESPECIALLY need to work on attitude. If I had known that’s the way they treat some of their students then I would have not spent my time nor money on them. Do not work in a environment that requires patience if you do not have any STAY AT HOME

I gave arroyo 5 stars due to going above and beyond in helping me learn and making sure i understood what i was doin.

Worst choice for driving school. The people are rude and they deeply lack communication with both students and parents. I ended up having to switch driving schools, and doing that was the best decision.

My son took the class and written test and although we paid also the test drive has been impossible to schedule, since we do not know the hours of service, on the internet it indicates that they have attention until 7:00 p.m. Its not like that, since weve been at 6:00 p.m. and we have found closed, we have also called at an earlier time and only answer a recording, we do not know what time they attend there, although they indicate that they attend Saturday and Sunday whenever we have been closed, I still try to schedule the appointment to my sons driving test.

This place has no notion of what is good service to its customers and students. They are not willing to accept that they may be wrong. There are schools with better service, fortunately.
