I cant believe that a young man SERVING IN THE UNITED STATES MILITARY was not allowed to graduate with his class IN UNIFORM! The so-called principal of this school must be incredibly IGNORANT of the law. My husband graduated from Burbank High School in 1943 IN UNIFORM as did several of his classmates. This school needs to STUDY THE LAW BEFORE THEY COMMIT AN OFFENSE AGAINST A MILITARY MEMBER.

I loved attending this school when I was a teen. The military uniform issue upset me a bit, but this is still the high school that I made some of my best memories.

Very poor sports, they do whatever they can to beat other schools (heritage) by cheating. and we still beat them. the only sport they are good at is football, they suck in everything else

Its a realy good school my son goes there and he loves it he plays for the freshmen football team and he enjoys it 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈

Beautiful school but limited parking. However there are places to eat and stores in walking distance so you dont have to lose your parking once you have a space.

This was the LBUSDs only high school until the late 90s and now with 3 high schools in our district, it is not only the oldest, but still the best. i say this for their passion at the school. the faculty has always left a huge inspiration with a lot of my friends, and the arts are a true priority in the school. i (coming from freedom hs, the 2nd oldest) felt stuck in a college prep school where the arts had little money and little appreciation. my senior year, i finally was able to participate (as dance captain) for Libertys production of South Pacific. i was very excited and little did i know that my experience exceeded my original expectations AND the final product of the show itself. this school has always been known for its theater. they make magic there that goes beyond the curtains and deep within the wooden stage and cinder walls.... its gotta be the passion. thank you to the entire history of the LHS Playmakers! lots of love - Travis Judd Hollister

A viral Facebook post claims that supervisors at this school just ordered the boarding in of live cats and kittens under portables with the goal of killing them all through dehydration and starvation. That action is illegal, immoral, and sets a terrible example for their students.

School refused to allow a uniformed US Army soldier to walk in commencement exercises and receive his diploma. Disgraceful.
