This place is great! They answered all of our questions and helped us through our first few weeks of the “nervous first time parents” being crazy. They are great at being responsive and professional. They are always on top of any changes we need to make and letting us know when he needs more supplies. The place is always clean and check in/check out is quick and easy. Our little boy seems to love it and he smiles every time we ask him about school or his teachers! Thank you Michelle, Monica, and Mrs, Diana for taking such great care of our little boy!

When my wife became very ill, my family was in a bad way. My son, in particular, was having trouble, and I knew he needed someplace to go during the day so that he would not have to see his mother suffer. Bright Horizons not only took him in, they worked with him through the most difficult time of his life. When he went to them, he had behavior problems--obviously--anxiety, general fear, regression issues. Were six months later, and hes a very different child. I credit Michelle, Monica, Judy--the entire staff--for helping turn him around. They were patient with him, kind when they could be, stern when they needed to be, and constantly looking out for his best interests. I want to point out, as well, that he was kept CoVID-free the entire time.I cant say enough how good these folks are at their job and how much they care about the children they take care of. Its a beautiful facility, but its the people who work there who make all the difference in these crazy times. Thank you. You know what you did, and my family owes you a debt of gratitude.

Whatever negative reviews you have seen for this facility in Boynton Beach I have to wonder since my son has had the best experience ever - and us two as parents. We started in the baby room and moved to fantastic teachers all the way to the 3 and 4 rooms. Of course like any other place you have your moments that you want to discuss certain situations with your Director but she has been great at resolving any issues we have ever had! She as the teachers take the time to find out about your child, what they are like, what they need from their teacher and classroom and so on. The teachers are great as well, as long as you communicate with them and they with you, you form a tiny family. The facility is great! Space enough for the children to run around and not feel crammed in and the curriculum is getting them ready for kindergarten. And I love that they are able to offer extra curricular activities through outside parties such as Soccer Shots! Overall, our child is happy and excited to tell us about his day! We plan to have our second baby start in the baby room as well so that should definitely tell you how we feel about Bright Horizons Boynton Beach!

I did a lot of research when looking for a daycare for my 18 month old son. He had never been in daycare before and as a first time mom, I did extensive research to find the best place for my child. THIS IS IT!! The director is the most amazing woman, bless her heart! She made me feel right at home, answered all my questions and calmed all my concerns. The facility is clean and the staff is happy and affectionate to the kids. The staff is accommodating and willing to help parents and children in any way. I can go to work at ease knowing my child is being taken care of the way he would be at home with me. SAFE-CLEAN-GREAT STAFF- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Ms Christina treats my son Kai like her own. Our baby has developed in so many ways since starting here and really love this place a lot. Meals save so much money and are delicious/nutritious. My son is flourishing here. I really highly reccomend

We have two sons at Bright Horizons -- one who is now in elementary school and attends camp during school breaks, and another who currently is in the preschool at Bright Horizons. This is a wonderful school with caring, supportive teachers and administrators. We did a tremendous amount of research, reading reviews, reports and other records before deciding to send our our children to Bright Horizons. We are fortunate to have found such an excellent school that both of our sons truly enjoy.

By far, the absolute best preschool in PB County. From the amazing Director to the most caring teachers to the beautiful, sparklingly clean facility, we could not be more happy with the care my grandson receives there.

My son has been here for about 9 months. I want to start off by saying that no one would ever take better care of my son than me, but I am very happy to have chosen Bright Horizons at Boynton Beach. I find that we are treated like family.As soon as you walk in, everyone is welcoming and warm. All teachers, and I mean all, from the infant to VPK, know yours and your childs name. The teachers are nurturing and compassionate, but firm and decisive in teaching the kids to be obedient and independent. We exclusively speak Spanish to our son, and the center has many Spanish teachers which has been a great advantage and way to cement the language.My husband and I are very satisfied with the progress our son has made, how much he has learned, and how sociable he is. Most times, he does not want to leave when we pick him up.I particularly like that as soon as an incident happens, they will inform you. I find that the centers director, Cherish Carr, is warm, loving and very honest. One can tell that communication is one of her strengths. Ever since coming on board, she has made some very positive changes, especially in the cleanliness and appearance of the center.Obviously, it is a hard decision to drop off your little one to leave in the care of someone else. However, I would say, this is the top daycare center in Boynton Beach, and highly recommend it to any parent.

I am sharing my story because I want parents to be careful when putting your child under the care of this institution. It’s very unfortunate that my daughter had to be the one who was hurt at only 9 months by the cartake named Wanda. My daughter had 7 sctraches all over her body. They were caused by Wanda with either her nails or jewelry. Which was inappropriate to have jewelry when wearing rings on all fingers when caring for the infant class. So unprofessional.The scratches were from her face to her arms to her pelvic to her legs. I saw only the one on her arm from the daily pictures in the tadpole app. When I called to ask Wanda consciously lied saying she came like that. That was so alarming because as any parent or caretaker or human being can imagine that any scratch will hurt and will cause a baby to cry. This is a disgraceful person.It was obvious NO GLOVES were used!!!It was reported to the director and an occurrence report was done what I was further disappointed was that the next day before dropping my daughter off I wanted to make sure that Wanda was not there and she was. She should have been suspended until the true story was told.I did not drop her off. I took off and lost a days pay.I want to also point out. That day the meal report was wrong as well. items that i didn’t provide my daughter were listed. God forbid she was allergic.I immediately withdrew my daughter from here.She was taken to the doctor to get it documented and the doctor was very surprised about this.My daughter is well but I don’t trust daycare places any longer. I don’t know what the status of her is. I am hoping she is expelled. The fact that she LIED is enough to know that this is a person that is not mentally stable. She is an abuser because she hurt my baby and lied.

I started our child at Bright Horizons after her 3rd birthday and she was there thru VPK (she graduated June 2017). I am sure each class is different, and much depends on the teachers, but I am forever thankful to the staff and teachers (Miss Pam, Miss Tiffany) for all of the love and learning.

The best daycare Ive been to so far. The staff is very nice and so helpful. The building smells and looks super clean. I wish my daughter could go back she learned so much from this school its amazing from the age of 3 months to 1 years old she knows her ABCs and Colors. I would recommend this school to anyone. Yes its pretty pricey but you get what you pay for.

I honestly could write pages on how wonderful and thankful I am to these special people. Because of them all, I am able to go to work knowing that not only are my children safe, but happy and learning so much - there are just no words for how that makes me feel as a mom. Who else but Ms. Amy and Ms. Grace would capture my kids first day in their classroom for me and print out all the pictures like a story book of their first day, so that I could see how happy and well taken care of they were. And then Ms. Terrie called me during the day to just let me know she went and checked on them to make sure they were adjusting well. I also want to thank Ms. Denise in the front office, she is always so helpful, cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile! This Daycare has such a GREAT group of people, that I will continue to come as long as there is a program for my kids!My children both attend Bright Horizons located at 1490 Gateway Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. My son and daughter started in the 2 year old room, now my son goes to camp here and my daughter is in VPK. I love the school, both my kids have had Great teachers and have learned so much! Both kids run into the school when I drop them off and never want to leave in the afternoon, always make me wait until they are finished with whatever project they are working on. The teachers make learning fun and it shows in everything.We have had Ms. Chica (2 year old room), Mrs. Amy (3 year old room), Ms. Grace (3 year old room), Ms. Maribel (4 year old room), Ms. Pam (VPK room), and Ms. Marge (VPK room). And all I can say is these are the Best teachers!! Not only are they wonderful teachers but they always go beyond their job. The kids are having so much fun learning they don’t even realize how much new information they have learned. And the teachers always keep me informed of what’s going on and what they will be learning next.Both my kids came from a small 4 child daycare and have transitioned beautifully because of these teachers. I also have such high respect for Ms. Terrie (School Director), she is always there to make sure the kids are happy, healthy and learning in fun ways. She knows all the kids by name as soon as they walk in the door. Her door is always open for any problems, concerns, suggestions, or advice. My kids always stop by her office to give her a hug on their way out, and even if she is busy, she always stops everything for them. When I looked for a daycare 5 years ago, I searched from Boca Raton to West Palm Beach and no other school even came close to this one. From the minute I walked in I was so impressed. Then as soon as I met the teachers I knew this was the place for my kids. Not only do my kids attend, but I recommend everyone I know to Bright Horizons at Gateway.
