Please please do not take your children to this daycare!! They will tell you that they don’t have any spots available and that there is a holding fee of $150 to hold the spot for your child, but then when you decide to go with a different daycare because of their lack of communication and professionalism as well as having to wait too long for a spot to become available, the director Jennie will tell you that she never said there was a holding fee and that that’s the registration fee!! Total lie!!! They will not give you your money back!! They are absolutely horrible!! Poor management, lack of communication, literally lying to parents that come in for tours! I paid the $150 two months ago to “hold a spot for my grandchild” as I was told there were no spots available. I could not continue waiting on a spot and now I’m out $150 for nothing!! Total scam!! Don’t bother communicating with Jordan either because she doesn’t do anything she says she is going to do!! The whole management team is extremely inefficient on their roles!! I would not give any starts if I could!! Worst daycare experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!!!

If I could give this place one star I would. Some of the teachers there seem great. But some do nothing but scream at kids there and demean them, and I saw all of this from one tour there. The assistant directors never know what they are doing. Anytime I called about the waiting list it’s the same old same old. And the woman that owns the place is obviously nothing but money hungry, because if she cared anything about the place she would hire better people for this circus she calls a daycare. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

They never call you back. They claimed it was 150$ to hold my child’s spot and now that I want to go to a different daycare “that was a registration fee” so what have we been waiting for this whole time then.

The staff is amazing and my child loves going to “work”. They offer amazing education, food, and safety. Everyone knows Aidan by name and show him all the love they can! The price is good for the area and they offer you to see them via cameras which is huge.

This daycare has just really gone downhill staff is now yelling at children never get calls back just very unprofessional from the outside and tour u assume this is gonna be a great daycare until u realize who is actually running it aka JEnie and Jordan worst at the daycare in my opinion. My recommendation go somewhere else.

Lol for such an expensive daycare you would at least think they’d give back ur supposed to be refundable 150 for a SPOT, these people literally never refunded me after I told them she would t be attending. That is INSANE what do u need that 150 for a holding place if they aren’t even attending. Oh yeah and the girl named JORDAN OR JORDEN. Won’t call u back EVER. These folk told me it was 150 holding spot, paid that in may, well here comes July 19 still never heard back to this day then when I wanted to go to different daycare it was a registration fee? How. Peoples kids out here be SURIVIVING BY WIC so when you take someone’s 150$ that was refundable when we first put it in, it hurts our pockets. Just lost our whole appt and can’t afford daycare now at all, and now our 150 isn’t refundable. Don’t trust these people evere

Caring and sweet staff, very loving teachers. They don’t just have fun, they learn a lot as well. My little girl adores this place and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else! I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parents needing a daycare for their little ones.

This is a top of the line facility! The staff is so warm and caring! They are so great with the kids and treat them like their own family! The rates are also less than any daycare around! Love this place!!

The staff and teachers are beyond amazing. My little girl was very resistant to go because I was a stay at home mom for a year. She cried for the first week. But now she feels so at home that she pulls away from me to go learn and play now! Ive seen a huge improvement with her abilities and speech. This location offers cameras, which was a big deal to me.

We looked at several daycares when we decided to change the one our little one was attending. Nurturing and safety was at the top of our very long list. Kiddie Academy met that list and went above it. My child is happy each day. We moved from a school where each day LO was coming home upset. The cameras really set this daycare apart from all the ones in the area( we searched a BIG area). I love being able to login and see what the class is doing. The teachers are amazing, the owner, director, and assistant director know all of the kids and parents which is very impressive. The meals are fantastic, safety is top of line but the best is how happy the teachers are because that makes the kids so happy and eager for the next day!
