My kids and I started taking class here 9 months ago. I take the adult Tang So Doo and kickboxing classes and my kids take the kids classes. You cant beat the fact that for one price you can attend as often as you like. We love the family atmosphere and life lessons that are taught in their classes. You not only learn karate, but my kids are learning self-confidence and teamwork. Their tagline of more than just karate is 1000% true!

I and my kids have been taking classes for a few months. The instructors are excellent at martial arts AND at explaining body mechanics. It is a wonderful and supportive environment that meets each individual of all abilities at their level and need. We are hooked! I highly recommend them.
