Aikido is addictive, and Peachtree Aikikai is a fantastic place to practice. They offer classes everyday, sometimes twice a day. I particularly like the morning classes; I can get my workout in, clean up (they have showers), and make it into work on time. What a great place to practice self defense!

We drive from MD every couple of months to train here--thats about 1300 miles round-trip--and I think that says more than whatever else I could say. The quality of instruction here is unsurpassed.

Peachtree Aikikai is an amazing place. Sensei Blue Spruell is an excellent practitioner and a friendly man. His example sets the tone for one of the best aikido environments in the USAF.
