I purchased a class with them and the only reason I chose them was because the location was convenient for me. The same day of the class, they sent me an email and a text message telling me that they change my location ( 1 hour away from where I was) and since I am very busy I didnt have time to go all the way there. I called them and emailed them right away for a refund and they never emailed me back until October 11 ( 5 days after), I also called them and they told me I needed to email the person who took so long to reply me email. Finally I got a response they are not going to give me my money back, just 20 dollars and I have to go to the far location. I am very disappointed it because I was charged for a service I am never going g to receive. Be aware of this place please. There are better places with better guarantees

My experience with Tameka’s training was excellent! The class had everything needed for training and Tameka remained professional, which is always respected. Her course price was pretty reasonable and I would definitely recommend her training class to all of my colleagues and anyone who just need help understanding the correct way of performing CPR!

I paid extra money for nothing. Don’t register for the Blood Pathogen Course, it’s not a program. If you watch the video that’s all that it is and you get a little card as a “certification”. The first aid class literally was just a showing of how you use an epi pen, speaking on using a gauze and not tying a tourniquet too tight for another small card. Don’t pay the additional money for the CPR replacement, because they give it to you electronically, so you would never need to pay for it you can always reprint it. I’m trying to save you all money in the future. The cram sheet is not worth buying. You won’t need it when everyone leaves with a 100% no matter what (read between the lines)S.N. Amazing feedback, real life scenarios, preventative measures and all my questions were answered. Highly recommend — Tameka is the best instructor!
