This won’t be your typical classroom setting, but Sonya and Ms B gives you all the tools and help you need. You have time to study if you’re a busy mom like me, and the class is fast. Love them so much!!! They really prepare you for the state exam!!

If I could give zero stars I would this school Would NEVER be recommended unless you just want a quick course but be prepared to learn nothing! And if I were you I’d go quick before State takes further action ! Saw my instructor twice the WHOLE course. She’s a great person but can’t say the same as an instructor because she was barely around ! Her assistant does NOTHING but eat and watch the Wendy willams show. She talks about other students business to other people . Does not care about her students at all and getting the education we PAID for as long as you pay her because she always says when she collects her dues “I love money.” In fact she had me stop in the middle of my exam to go to the bank to pay her for a book that was NOT included towards my to tuition nor was that ever mentioned in the beginning. Class was suppose to be from 9am-4:30 the latest we stayed was 2pm. One time the instructor told us to take a break at 12 noon and come back at 1pm; we’ll when we left at 12 noon our instructor was gone for the day. The first day we watched a video for two hours because our instructor was running late she came in 11:30am saw us watching the video and went into the waiting room and took a nap. No need to freak about ANY CLASS exam’s she’s going to give you all the answers so everyone passes her class :) even if you got all wrong ! Some students didn’t even take it they just waited for her to go over all the answers and filled them in as she went but I hope you remember it for your state exam. Mind you I was always on time no days missed the ONLY student who turned EVERYTHING in on time ! I tried to explain a situation and she goes to say in front of the class “why is it the ones who owe money that has the most mouth ?” AFTER I gave her the money that morning. They’re so lazy and VERY unprofessional. Welcome to spring pack :) ! Arlington

So, i got a wrong information about this school before i attended, it got me shaky but i couldnt help but go because it was the cheapest around, also turned out that the staffs were amazing..Miss Sonia, Miss Laura,Mrs B and Keyonna were very helpful, and the most of all, i passed my State test at one sitting!!!My advice is, ignore the distraction and study your materials..I will recommend them anytime any day..Tina..

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IF I COULD TURN THEM IN TO BBB I WOULD. THEY ARE ONLY THERE FOR THE MONEY ESPECIALLY THE INSTRUCTOR BEATRICE. THE CPR TRANING IS VERY INEXPERIENCED. IF YOU WORKED IN THE FIELD PREVIOUSLY THAN YOU ARE ONLY PAYING 600$ TO GET CERTIFIED. TAKE HEAD RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!!!!!

It was cool and breezy. Did what I had to do did the clinicals the the test and there you have it .. Commn since youll pass always .. I attended back in 2012 still have it today ...

This would be a 0 star review if possible. I know someone who attended a springpack location. They basically taught themselves the instructor Ms. B who only lives 10 mins away from the school would hardly show up an if she did she would be 3 or 4 hours late they would be sitting waiting for her while doing nothing, then she would be there for an hour and then leave. Not professional at all and wouldnt recomend. The person who actually atended the school would be doing a review but they still need to deal with the school a Lil longer. $650 to sit in a room and teach your selfs. Its a joke.

Consumer beware I normally wouldnt say anything but this school should be closed down they just want your money the people there are not qualified to teach and how can you run a school when you need to go to school to speak English language while you in America.they lie to you about test charge you for any and everything having to do with your course and do not prepare you properly to pass written or skills test.and dont give them a your card information for payment will double charge you and try to see if you catch them.and make sure take bleach to clean your classroom area there very unsanitary.if you can read manuals and take test you will pass written.but skills nothing they show you will help you pass.beware.in less you just have money to waist.but you can pass just have constantly keep paying Pearson view for your test every time you fail they dont bother to share that information with you you dont pass first time you will pay until you do.and they are not school if you are serious.wolves in 🐑 clothing when you walk in. 🐝 Ware for real.i hope to spareo people that actually need there money and serious about there career choice.
