My son has been going to TLC for a few months and enjoys it. The staff takes care of him and I’ve had a good experience overall! Ms. Lana, Ms. Adrienne and all of the wonderful infant room teachers are great!

I can not begin to express how much I love this center. My niece attended this center regularly and still does drop ins from time to time. She does not stop talking about Ms. Adrianne and Mrs. Bobbie and as she refers to Mrs. Gouta. I know she is referring to the owner Mrs. Gupta. She is one of those kids that is a handful and we know this. But she learned so much while attending this center. She goes to big school now but if we are ever in the neighborhood she says she needs to stop because she has to give her teachers hugs. I have had plenty of communication with the staff and they are always well spoken and polite. I have never had an issue with them. The staff always welcome her with hugs and at pick up she generally is upset that she has to leave. Ms. Lana is really good at communicating important things to the families and she always has a smile on her face. TLC staff yall are #1 in my book.

This is the worst place you can send your child/children!! Andrinne and Bobbie are so rude they try to talk to you any kinda way they don’t have no type of respect at ALL!!! The owners clearly doesn’t know what goes on my niece cried everyday because she didn’t won’t to go to school! I kept asking them why does she have a bad day all the time!! They didn’t won’t to give me the website to be set up to view the cameras! They were so mean to her that when I confronted the both of them they waited until I left to put her in time out because she supposedly lied on them!! I tried to be professional about the situation but what y’all not going to do is pick on a baby when I leave! The worst school

This is the first daycare I enrolled my 1.5 year old in. ( she started at 6 months ) and I love it . I haven’t had one bad day since day one . All of the staff are amazing but ms. Adrienne stands out . Every morning ms. Adrienne meets me and my child and my child is happy and ready to go ! Ms. Adrienne is a schoolers teacher and for my toddler to have that much excitement for the day for a teacher that is not even hers says so much about ms. Adrienne ! She is amazing ‘

I just want to start off by saying this daycare has been the best Ive came across so far also want to give a lot of love to Mrs.Adrianne that works at the front desk she is so professional, loving and caring and whenever I have a question she has the answer also my kids absolutely love her

My grandkids have been going to this daycare for around a little over a year and I love the daycare I love the fact that they have cameras where you can watch your child throughout the day also Miss Adrienne is one of the nicest kindest people I love the way that she takes care of my granddaughter as if she was het own. I’ve never had any complaints or my grandkids come home with any type of rashes or sores or complaints I really love going to the daycare I recommend this place if you need childcare.

As a first time mom, every parent wants the most suitable daycare for their child. I enrolled my daughter here due to her being a covid baby and no interaction with other kids. Around late July my daughter started and it’s been one disappointment after another. Cameras here are subjective, you pay for them if you elect to have them, but you can’t watch all day. I did in the beginning indeed watch all day, there was no issues with staff until i had watched the camera one day and addressed my daughter being fed with the same spoon as another child. I wanted to jump through the roof. Upon my arrival i was made approval with my request to speak with management/ owner. Everything was addressed but seemingly went downhill from there . I was told that my daughter would have a special sitting/tray so i wouldn’t see that again. I never seen this device. I was told staffing was then short handed. I understood as that’s what most businesses are facing now. I was told by owner that due to short staffing (i guess from luck of the draw) my kid was one of the ones being sent home until new staff was trained. I was in compliance with the request and had then my daughter 2 weeks… then 3 weeks.. which Is the time that was given to me minimally to get new staff trained and ready . I reached out a Friday/Monday due to needing care for Monday and seen 2 teachers on camera. I reached out to request my child come in due to needing work arrangements and calls were screened by Lana at front desk. My call was Ignored and i was sent an email explaining they are worried I’m watching the cameras and my child isn’t there and deleted me off the camera. I was never able to put in my request to bring her due to sufficient staffing at the moment instead i was talked at like a child . I had tried to address with management when i iPhone has cascading windows like the 10,11,12, background apps keep running so i always look like I’m on camera more than i really am i was told they have concerns since when my child was there watching the cameras for “hours” it’s a privacy issue to other kids since they can’t be sure it’s me”. I don’t know any parent that would share their password to have a stranger stream their kid and then be invited to sit at the school if i don’t trust staff enough . I was also advised by owner to enroll my child at another day care if i wanted and bring her back to Tlc when they were ready.. as a mom i wasn’t being unfair and enrolling my child at 2 daycares… after the frequent back and forward between management and myself i reached out asking for updates per email and calls. My calls get screened, my emails get ignored. I was just trying to get a timeline / estimate but can’t get them to answer for weeks now. I’m assuming my child is unenrolled, my child isn’t sick every week anymore due to being fed with the same kids spoon . My co worker was able to get a timeline start at 2 weeks for availability for my child’s old spot i guess . No worries from me I’m assuming it makes too much sense to communicate, but i also noticed in this feed poc have had multiple issues over some others . So no, this center is not for me. This was my experience… my first terrible and last experience with day care. I will say All of the staff is clean, friendly. The employee/teachers are amazing. I just see some kids will have priority over others, and if you make the d list with the office clerk you won’t be able to reach the school . Oh and FYI.. still a month and a week.. no call, update.. no answer to my calls neither.

My daughter has been going to TLC for about 6 months now and she really seems to enjoy it! She’s spoken so highly of her teacher, Ms. Adrienne and I’ve had nothing but support from her with keeping track of my daughters behavior. She’s very candid and helpful in any way she can with what we’re doing at home. No serious incidents have occurred in 6 months whereas at her old school, there was an incident or two a week with other children biting or hitting; NOTHING of the sort here. Also, Ms. Lana is responsive and informative when it comes to letting parents know what’s going on for the month and payments. I chose this school because it’s so close to my home, their security measures are great, and they offer a camera service to check in on your child during business hours.

Ms.adrianne is a great teacher she has a great personality and very good with kids

My daughter has been going to TLC for about a few months now and the staff is always very welcome. Ms. Adrianne is one of the best teachers and always going above to meet the children’s needs. She’s very sweet always welcome in the morning when I drop my daughter off. I enjoyed all of the teachers at TLC.

My son has been attending TLC for over two years, and I can say it is very worth it. The facility is clean, and they follow Covid-19 protocols. His current teacher Ms. Adrienne is very good with him, and she is very patient with the children. She has their best interest in mind, and it is greatly appreciated. Overall everyone here is awesome.

We have been with TLC for a long time and have been very happy. We always get family environment and greetings with a smile. Director is very friendly, understanding and considerate with us. We do get the best rates offered at TLC in the neighborhood and definitely is value for your money

I highly recommend TLC schools as your child’s daycare. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers and actually wants to go back everyday. I also see a high improvement in my daughters daily skills. I am grateful for TLC teacher for honoring my request and helping with my daughter with potty training. I will continue to go here for years and future children to come.

This school was awesome. Always clean and presentable. During the summer they have field trips every week, and splash day. You can really see where your money is going. They put a lot of time effort and energy into keeping the kids happy. Only downside was the constant change of teachers in the 3 year old classroom. No daycare is perfect but this is by far was the best daycare for my kids.

Ms Lana is a fantastic teacher. She takes care of all the kids like her own and I love the way she will listen carefully when you tell her something about your child. She is always checking on each child and make sure to let you know if there is something wrong with them. She’s prompt and fun, one of the best teacher in the center. I would definitely recommend TLC schools in Arlington to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place for their child to grow, learn and be watched over during work.

My 2 year old genuinely loves all of the teachers here and so far we have been pleased with the care she has received. They all know her by name and make her feel welcome every morning which is so great on those days that she wants to stay home

Love the environment. The previous Director was very nice and professional. There has been recent staff changes ( not a smooth transition) but over nice child care facility.Read your booklet regarding fees, days out and school closing. I recommend a pop up visit.My son loves it.Good luck

My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old (he’s now abt 15 months) and it’s been great anytime I’ve had a problem they try to fix it as quickly as possible! All of teachers and staff like Ms. Lana and Ms. Nae are lovely and I love bringing my baby here (:

Our kids love it here and dedicated teachers do accommodate with our oldest son as he is on therapy.Staff is friendly and does lots of activities with kids all day.. This facility is spacious with clean rooms and big playgrounds

I honestly wish I could not give them any stars but then I wouldnt be able to warn parents about this daycare. My son wasnt even at this daycare for a month before I started having issues. They literally let the kids run wild and stick them in front of a screen to watch movies or lessons. There is NO structure. My child came home with severe rash on his bottom so bad his skin was peeling. On video I saw the 2 yr old teacher roughly grab students to lift them up by one arm and roughly drop them when they were in trouble. I saw her shove a kid with her foot. The things I saw and reported were HUGE signs for me to remove my child from this school. I would definitely look at states website before choosing this as your daycare. Also, if you do make surprise visits!!!!

Okay so my mum wanted my baby sister to go here a lot of problems occurred l.If you have ccms there’s going to be a problem with the feesBut you see my mom offered to pay the fees (The Directior)named {Mrs.Gupeduta} a Indian lady is very rude and racist and she discriminated against my mom and baby sister. and the funny thing is my sister is very cute . And she is still racist so don’t bring your kids here if you have ccms or you’re black

My daughter has been attending TLC School on Green Oaks for almost a year now and she has loved her toddler and two year old teacher dearly. She had developed and grown so much. The teachers and directors are very friendly.

My son is in the toddler 2 class and he loves his teachers, I love that they teach him sign language and he always comes home singing a new song. And I am always sent home with tons of art work!

Terrible daycare ran by incompetent people. The employees are young and do not care about the children. The director is rude. They shove as many kids as possible in a room thats legally allowed. They also discriminate against children with special needs. They dont want to be bothered. Beware.

Its a great institute. My little almost 3 years old has been going to TLC for over 18 months and he absolutely loves it. School is really neat and clean and they place special emphasis on keeping kids safe from allergies and other childhood problems. Teachers are so loving that I cancelled my camera service right after I was so comfortable with the atmosphere. Ms.Lana is my current teacher and she does so many interesting activities with kids all the time. My son sings all nursery rhymes, ABCs and counts upto 10. He loves coloring and painting and has a passion for reading already all because of Ms. Lana and school curriculum. Thank you TLC for everything.

My child has attended TLC for over a year now and in that time has grown and developed in many ways. His current teacher Ms. Lana is always friendly and very good about communicating with the parents as well.

My daughter went there last year, and the only reason I left is because my mother retired and begged me to let her watch my daughter. TLC is wonderful! They have great interactive classes, attentive teachers, and very clean and orderly facility. They are a bit pricey, with all of the additional fees for supplies and events, but very worth it! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with them. If my daughter ever has a need for childcare again, I will definately return!

I cant think of a better place for my child. Everyone who works here is kind, thoughtful, passionate and personable - all the things a parent need when entrusting their children with a daycare/school.

My granddaughter just started this daycare and i am very pleased with how it is ran and how warm the director makes you feel when you enter the daycare. This daycare offers sooo many activities for the children. Frm sports to learning. WONDERFUL PLACE

I actually have never experienced any of my kids attending here. I honestly am skeptical about daycares and such but my children need preparation for pre-K3/pre-K-4. I heard good things about other TLC schools but when I came to read the reviews, I was bothered. I understand people have their different experiences n situations but the response to one of the review comments was not a good impression n representation of TLC at all.

They do not hire qualified teachers my children were not being watched due to lazy teachers. The director even admitted it. My children came home multiple times with bites and busted lips. A book shelf fell on my daughter and instead of a apology I was told my 4 year was unsafe and to hyper. My daughter is taught if someone is hurting her to to get them off of her and tell the teacher unfortunately a teacher was the one who was hurting her and my child was dis enrolled due to hitting a teacher I asked my baby why she hit the teacher she told me the teacher was hurting her arm grabbing her.. I asked to see on camera what happened of course the teacher had my daughter in a area where the camera didnt reach. All they care about is the money. They Dont even due a curriculum like they claim they do. My kids went here for 9 months Should have took them out sooner but Im a single mom and not a lot of daycares over here.
