I work as a Teacher here. Take it from someone on the inside, the teachers love these kids and they treat these children like they are theirs. This daycare is filled with loving teachers who love to teach and watch the children grow up. Our director here Mrs. Summer does so much for these children. She makes sure they having everything they need and loves the kids and treats them like they are hers.

The hours are perfect for my work schedule and my kids are happy when walking in and in great moods when leaving! I only gave 4 stars because they are still new to the school but my oldest always talks about going to see friends every morning and enjoys getting ready to go to school when previously before attending it was a fight in the mornings. Honestly if it hadn’t been for the new staff I wouldn’t have considered when looking at the other reviews but so far it has been a great experience for both myself and my kids. The rates are affordable for me and I love what all it includes as well.

Horrible daycare! To many Kids to a class room, they cant keep teachers they constantly moved my daughter around everyday she was somewhere different. My daughter was miserable there. They kept poop on my daughter so long it was dried up on her. The director is the MAIN problem, if you go to her about a issue she will get smart and act like she doesnt Care very nonchalant!!! Teachers has came to me telling me things they do. This is just A horrible daycare!! DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE i took my daughter out first chance I got!!!! If they neglected my child they will do it to yours.... They were supposed to be helping on potty training NEVER DID!!!!!! I got fed up with them!!😤😤😤

This daycare in particular is not a bad one at all, but it’s who they have running the place that has brought life to this review. My son literally has been attending this daycare since he was born, expect for when we moved out of the district. As soon as we moved back, I went directly back to Shiloh Road Learning Center. The teachers are nice, and you can tell that they care. The director on the other hand, Summer, her mouth and attitude is about as horrible as it can get. Last Thursday I went to drop my child off, not being aware that I had missed the sign-up sheet for school age care. Ok, understood. I wish that there was an email or text system that was utilized. It is 2020…. The issue at hand is while we are in a debate I asked what am I pay for then? (My child is doing virtual learning and won’t be picked up from school) Summer proceeds to yell, “I don’t know what you are paying for you didn’t pay your bill last week”. (Mind you we are standing outside because parents can’t enter the facility due to Covid 19) Summer yells with the door wide open in front of a group of people exposing my private billing information. This right here is what set me off. I pay biweekly with my credit card. I am not bum who does not pay my bills. The director of this establishment said this in front of everyone. I then asked for the owner’s, Russell, information so that I can have a conversation with him. She told me I could not have his information. I then asked for Russell to give me a call. Summer, the director, told me she would have him to call me. Come noon, I call back to ask when I should expect a call from Russell. The worker who answered said Summer was at the gym and she would text Summer, I then asked for a phone call to let me know. No call that day. I called Friday morning, Summer answers. I asked Summer when Russell was going to call me. Summer basically said that he wasn’t going to call me because there was no issue. To me it implies that she wasn’t going to let Russell know that I requested a conversation with him. I then told Summer the main issue I had was her exposing my billing information in front of a crowd. Summer implies that it was I who brought up my billing by asking what I am paying for! Make it make sense please!!! Someone…anyone. I unenrolled my child from the daycare that day. I can’t believe that over nine years of payments I was told that I was not worthy of a phone call from the owner. I was probably paying Russell’s car note each month too.

Too many students per teacher!!!!!! this was my biggest issue with this school. the teachers are unable to be effective with the children, how can they when they are out of ratio? my child did not have one consistent teacher the two weeks he was there and in that two weeks time he missed at least 3 days from getting sick his first day there. After his first day he cried EVERYTIME I dropped him off. when I would drop him off they were usually watching a movie before going to their classrooms and when I would pick him up he would be sitting there with his backpack on. I always asked what he did for the day because when I dropped him off he was sitting with his backpack and doing the same when I picked him up. He would just say he played with his friends. Im not sure why they call this a learning center because they lack in the learning department. also, they asked if he was potty trained and I told them that I wake him up during naps. they explained that they do the same thing, however in the short time he was there, he had wet clothes almost everyday. Bottom line, if you care about your children and want them to go somewhere to be watched properly and taught something this is not the place. But if you dont care and want your kids to be babysat until you get off from work, go for it.

This was the worst daycare ever they were never consistent with routines. I asked several times if they would work with my son while there to get him potty trained and they never would. I always had to leave work because they wanted to always send my son home for accidents he caused with no proof. They even sent him home one day because of a mix up with something another child did!! Also, my boys ALWAYS came home completely filthy and learned absolutely nothing while in their care. My children would cry and never want to go in the building. When they told me my son had to leave it was the only good thing they had done since theyve been there. Now my kids are in a new school, not one report of an accident and both are completely potty trained and come home clean each day and are happy to go to daycare now. PLEASE...DONT send your babies here there are way better options in Tyler.

This daycare was great at first & my daughter loves going! Until an injury happens while in their care, then the true colors show! I was lied to from the start when the injury first happened, they never once called to check on her or offered any type of compensation! My daughter sustained a serious injury while in their care and she is only 3 years old! I have been out an excessive amount of money & time at work due to them not paying attention to children in the classroom! They are still hounding me for money like nothing ever happened! It’s ridiculous and I am very very unhappy about it!
