Please dont go for this computing center. They are so unprofessional. My daughter was with this computing center for 1 1/2 year. They couldnt give a basic explanation of what they are teaching in their belt program. No accuracy of what they teach. Its not worth what I paid for so long. They simply push you to other belts. The women who s the administrator their runs like a business and leaves children interest behind. The instructors who were teaching their was from her family, so she make sure to cover them when asked for an explanation on whats going on .Please dont rely on this computing center. This guys want to make money and its not worth .Now,my girls need to start over again but I am happy that I found 98th Percentile who are best. As,computing is field where you need better explanation and terminology over the subject and this online resource has everything which my child needs.Lucky to leave ICODE for better future.

My daughter went there for a summer camp and I was very impressed with the facility. Teacher (Jackson) was very good and the best part I like is that its not run as an investor owned franchise. The owner is the operator and is there to supervise all activities. Makes a huge difference in the quality of learning provided.

My child had an amazing learning and fun experience doing “Shark Tank” summer camp. Her instructor Danielle was great, she coached my daughter to put together a pitch to support her idea. I was absolutely thrilled to see my 9 year old daughter confidently pitch her idea, present well made slides and answer questions posed by other parents. Thank you iCode Southlake for offering such enriching Summer Camps for kids !!!

My son attended the icode summer class for beginner coding in which at the end of the week he was able to create 3 video games that allowed him to use his own imagination combined with technology. He truly enjoyed this class and has learned some skills. Hes ready to take the next class next summer and Im thankful for this group in Southlake for fostering the creativity in electronics and computers and showing my son how this can be used.

When I was searching for computer education for my son three months ago, I would like a place which has definite on-track programs that can provide continuous learning process and keep up with current technology. Saniya and Dyab have been excellent in communicating and having my son grows his interest and knowledge about simple coding and HTML in the belt program. Flexibility with after school schedules and simple homework to refresh the kids memories each week from what they have been learning in the class and finalized with a project for each sections are the way it should be!

My 11 years old joined a winter camp for two weeks and he had a wonderful time. He was introduced to different skills on each day of the camp, from coding to robotics, drones, 3D printing to digital arts and video editing etc. He is looking forward to going back to increase his skills in all that he was introduced during the camp. I must also add that the staff followed the Covid-19 safety protocol very diligently. The masks were mandatory while the classes were held at 25% capacity. There were only few kids in one room and they were all spread far out. The staff was very cordial and I was happy that my child was in a safe learning environment.

We tried iCode for the first time this summer and it was so great. Our 7 year old signed up for TechAvengers and 2D&3D design and had so much fun. He learned how to brainstorm ideas, sketch them out, and make the final product. Also loved that they got to present their work at the end and worked in teams

Saniya Kashif is absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional, flexible, and great with the kids. Our 12 year old daughter participated in the self-paced program and the Orange belt program. She preferred the Orange belt program because she felt like she wasnt getting much out of the self-paced. I also feel like she gained more experience in a structured instructor-lead environment. She was so excited to show us the games she had coded! We had a family emergency during our classes and werent able to make a couple of our Saturday sessions and Saniya always reached out to check on us and offer my daughter a make-up class. That means a lot because they were offering to bring in an instructor for additional time with our daughter. Their COVID precautions were some of the best ones I have seen (especially in an environment with children.) Overall great programming, wonderful staff, and very clean and nice environment.

Our son is very bright. My husband and I were looking for an alternative for him to do other than video games while still giving him access to playing them, and giving him a challenge. Coding fit the bill and takes it to the next level. He can learn what it takes to make the games and play his own creation. He LOVES his coding classes and has picked up on it so quickly. iCode Southlake offers tons of classes for participants with varying experience levels. They also offer plenty of days and times to accommodate any family schedule which is a HUGE plus for us! The platforms are fun for him and the instructors at iCode Southlake have been phenomenal with him! The kids have a chance to collaborate with each other and work independently on different projects. Weve only done online thus far as weve been staying home during the pandemic but we cant wait to get him into the brick and mortar building for the full experience. Saniya has been very helpful getting us information that we need and helping us with any questions weve had. This has been a great experience for our son, he looks forward to his classes and cant wait to see where this takes him.

Overall, my 3, 8yrs old enjoyed earning their White Belt there. Their only complaint was the times that they took a 2hr class, they felt there was too much “lecturing” and not enough hands on.

I enrolled my 9-year old for an online coding camp over the summer since we were stuck at home due to COVID-19. He thoroughly enjoyed the camp as well as the friends he made. The instructor was available to answer his questions even after the week-long class was over. I would highly recommend enrolling your kids to introduce them to coding and developing an interest in this subject.

Classes were very good and thorough. My son learnt a lot with Python coding and YouTube production. The class could have gone a bit faster. Pick up the tempo, waiting time etc. Other than that, classes were really good and my son learnt lot of new things. We would sign up for future classes.

My son had the best week of his life this summer at iCode Southlake at camp. He even came home wanting to work on his projects even after being there all day long. Every email or question I had as a parent they were quick with their response and I felt very safe sending my son to this camp during Covid. They were clean and taking safety measures to insure the safety of the students.

I was happy to see that iCode Southlake offered a virtual class. Due to Covid 19 she has little contact with other kids. I signed her up and thought well this will be fun --YouTube production. First thing, she did have a lot of fun. (It was funny listening to the kids Minecraft/Roblox networking figuring out how to help each other) She learned presentation skills, how to construct a story line, how to engage an audience, worked on her spelling and grammer, and interacted with other kids. In addition she was using different programs and learning how to get them to work together. (Anyone who has gone through a merger knows how necessary this skill is). She worked independently. She is more ready for the virtual classroom now if necessary. I also used the same video programs in my MBA program before COVID 19. This type of virtual production is here to stay and this will be a skill to last her a life time. Her teacher Alya did a wonderful job. She kept the coursework relevent and kept the kids engaged.
