I met with Principal Dierdre Holloway first week of May 2016. I spoke with her on concern about discipline and low academic issues, she reassured me. She explained to me she has taken steps to improve the issues and improved the test grades on the students. I have confidence that the leadership Ms. Holloway brings to her staff is incredible. I urge Parents to go talk to her and go to the campus and see the difference.

When my daughter went to baines she got in trouble so many times it was rediculious so we went to the next closest school which was lake o and i doubted this school at first but when my daughter went there all her grades came up and she loved her math teaches ms daniels! And she said the lunch was better because they had dip in dots. Would recommend!

The principal is wonderful and has turned the school around. Keep up the great work for kids!

It’s ight just needs less messy kids.

My daughter goes there and I think that they should just mix the grade levels up instead of trying to put one grade level on one hall pr the same hall. The hall for math could be 6 7 8 and the ela, science and history.

This school and its a good school good teachers good disciplinary action consequences are great and the consular is a very good one too if you go to her with personal problems shell fix them right then and there or tell u to come in the next day this is a very good school its just the kids athat are bad ( some of the kids)

Lake Olympia isnt all about fighting. The negative things that go on in the school over power the good things. Ive learned so much in my years at lake olympia so thank you lake o.

It isnt surprising to see the ratings on Lake OlympiaAs a student I hate it there tbh 😂😂😂Administration is terrible they dont do a thingEveryday going to fourth period after B lunch I always see a fightThere are tons of fights everyday literallySmh why are there 5* reviews when the school is one of the worst schools there is.They probably will put me in iss for giving them a bad review lolololThey are so picky also like we have to walk on sides of the hallway or else you get troubleThe school is also so bad that during 2016-2017 the art 1&2 teachers are gone the first one quit because the school is that bad 2ed teacher got fired because she didnt do a thing in class and she couldnt keep her class in control. Kids there think they are all that when their not. Pre/ap teachers do nothing like my Tx hist teacher didnt teach and everyone fails his class. So I scheduled back to regular class and my grades are usually high and both teachers I had for Tx history had said I should be in pre/Ap.Not to mention pre/ap classes are so behind on regular class. Gym coaches are rasict like one said black people are worthless and belong in the strip clubs, like thats not true and the school didnt do anything.

Gives good information for education and has fun activities and very little kids are bad but other are very good and gets good grades and teachers support students and the principals do so also.

This school Administration staff is HORRIBLE! The individuals that are responsible for the childrens safety and well- being can care less. They cater to the bullies and punish the children that are being bullied. One of the high level Administrators reminded a child that she liked some kids better than others. What will it take for someone who truely cares about children to be placed in this school? Not just for a paycheck, but because they actually love kids and would like to see them acheive their goals. How many times must situations continue to brew before someone actually stands up and say Enough is Enough! You do have a few staff and 2 Administrators that are concerned but they are treated just like the kids that are be being mistreated and bullied. If you feel the same way you need to stand up, make a statement and hopefully, a change for the better will come.

This school is getto its the people that goes there they need to make the school not to be racits back with more people the teachers are great there they need to work on there food and there supplies. And not depending on students for money.

My daughter haliey goes to this school and it is just very horrible they never clean the school there is a fight everyday and the kids talk badly about teachers and my daughter said that the kids where being so bad one day that she wanted to quit
