I found Theresa to be very easy to talk to and to be very knowledgeable regarding not only the application and artistry of permanent makeup, but also all of the health standards/sanitation and after-care involved in providing a procedure like this.She is a highly skilled and credentialed Master Artist with over 22 years of experience and is the Director of the Nevada Permanent Makeup Academy.The procedure was pain free because Teresa applies a topical numbing cream that works VERY well before she starts the procedure and continuously applies additional numbing cream in increments throughout the entire procedure. Once she numbs you up, youre good to go!Theresa is a good listener and combined my thoughts and vision with her knowledge, skills, expertise and experience. Once she started, she quickly accomplished everything we discussed in our consultation. I couldnt be happier with the results!Thank You. Theresa❣

My first call a lady answered just Hello- do people jot use the name of the business when they answer anymore. Then when I said $1790 was the most expensive quote I had gotten, the 2nd person that called said her notes said I did not want any procedures, which was incorrect, the 3rd call the same lady answered the phone Hello - again- is this a lace of business of a private cell phone. I’m thinking about calling the state to see if they licensed and bonded.

Tried to book... website very user unfriendly! Spent 2 hours filling and refilling out medical questionnaire and trying to book! They processed my payment and held it for nearly a week, but didn’t have the professional courtesy to follow up with me to let me know that the booking did not complete or that I was not scheduled. Definitely never going to use their services!

Absolutely the most amazing experience. I was crazy worried about getting my eyebrows micro bladed, but I gotta tell you Theresa was amazing. My eyebrows look so realistic, you’d never know they were tattooed. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to how I wanted them to look. Getting my eyebrows done here was truly the best thing I have ever done for myself. I can’t thank her enough.

Theresa is super friendly and very knowledgeable! She lets the client lead the way, and gives her expert input when asked. Love my eyebrows!! I also had a billing discrepancy, and as soon as I brought it to her attention she was willing to correct it. Great customer service.

A very professional school. I was a model for a procedure. The apprentice was so professional. I was uncertain about it at first but the instructor is my personal permanent makeup artist who was overseeing the project. Great job!
