A truly fantastic school. From the management, to the faculty, to the facilities - its very clear that the focus is on ensuring each child is given the best possible environment to learn and grow. Our son LOVED going here everyday and in that time learned much more than what a typical preschool provides. Overall it’s a very warm and supportive environment. Our family was sad to say goodbye when we moved out of the area, and cannot say enough good things about this school and the people that work there!

Goddard Bare Hills is such an amazing preschool! My son actually looks forward to going everyday and has developed many new skills in the few months he has been here. It’s absolutely amazing, the amount of enrichment activities they provide: The curriculum is well thought out. The teachers are caring and seem to enjoy their job. The owner is approachable and has even taken time to personally assist me with potty training my son. We definitely made the right choice by placing our son here.

The Goddard School at Bare Hills has been a perfect fit for our family. Our son began attending Goddard at 6 weeks old. It is especially hard to turn over a infant that young to new faces, but the staff at Goddard made the transition beyond easy. As soon as he came home the first day with a picture college of his First day at Goddard we knew he was in good hands! My sons teachers have been loving, kind, creative and engaging. The office staff is organized, communicates well and makes an effort to get to know the families who make up the Goddard Community. The classroom activities are well planned. Our son regularly brings home art projects! Our older child even attended summer camp at Goddard prior to entering Kindergarten this fall. She loved every second of it! From the special guests who visited to the great staff who welcomed her every morning with wide smiles. Goddard is in a great location and has numerous safety measures in place and we have never worried about our children while in their care. We love Goddard and feel so fortunate to have found such a great community! We highly recommend this facility!

I love that the teachers are warm, welcoming and engaging. I appreciate the communication of the curriculum they are working on so that we can offer her continued support in whatever her class might be studying. It allows me to feel more connected to my daughter when I have to be at work. It is always a special treat to see pictures and videos of the class and individual photos of her adventures throughout the day with classmates and friends. We really value the effort the school makes to constantly change and create new and exciting spaces for Goddard students to explore. Full disclosure, I was initially off-put by the plain, office-like exterior of the building but what an expansive and wonderful world it houses inside. It is not the cheapest preschool/daycare you can find but I believe it is one of the greatest in value!

We LOVE our Goddard! I tell everyone I meet how amazing Goddard is and how much my son loved it! The teachers are wonderful and they take great care of both kids and parents! They are so accommodating and make the parents job so much easier. Thanks a billion for giving our son a great head start in life!

I can not write enough praises for this school! The curriculum is stunning - very coordinated, completely in-tune with age-appropriate development/skills and challenging to the kids when appropriate. The staff are ALL caring and considerate to all children and their families. The communication with families is incredible. Our child BLOSSOMED developmentally and verbally within the first 3 months of class here and continues to impress/amaze us with her progress! This school is worth its weight in gold - every penny and then some.

Deciding to place our daughter in this school made the decision to continue to work so much easier. My husband and I know that our daughter is always in good hands, having fun with her friends, and is engaged in exciting and educational activities. The staff is incredibly friendly and always keeps us informed of new developments or concerns about our daughter. Not only do I know they care for our daughter, they also care for my husband and I. That kind of personable attitude is what you want when it comes to childcare.

My one year old daughter started at Goddard several months ago, and I have been so impressed! They provide diverse educational activities - my daughter has learned so much already! The teachers are extremely loving and invested. When I walk down the hallway and peer into different classrooms, I see that in each room there are devoted teachers lovingly caring for and teaching the children, and well-behaved and happy children that adore those teachers. They take excellent care of my daughter and communicate concerns to me, which I greatly appreciate. My daughter LOVES going to daycare, and I love receiving the pictures and updates from her day. Would HIGHLY recommend Goddard to other parents!

The Goddard School has been an excellent experience for myself and my child. From security to safety, professionalism and expertise, communications and processes - it has been excellent. They make it easy for parents and my child is learning a lot and having fun in a safe and enriched environment. Worth every penny.

We moved our son to Goddard in May 2013 and absolutely love the place, the staff, the administration, and the facilities. Our sons learning, development and socialization are great, and Goddard is a huge reason why - case in point: one day, he came home counting down from ten to one (and we hadnt taught him that). Other days, he comes home and says words to us in Spanish, or says new phrases. Its remarkable.The teachers and administration all know him by name (and he knows many of theirs), encourage him to learn, grow, and try new things (like potty training, no small feat for a 2-year old or his parents!) in a safe, happy, and nurturing environment. Just as important, the facilities and programs are well-designed and well-run, and the administration is on top of every little detail and in constant communication with parents.We could not be happier, and feel fortunate and blessed to drop him off and pick him up every day knowing that hes in good hands. Great place that treats each child like their own. Engaging and interactive learning environment that keeps the children actively learning and developing key skills. Lots of parental involvement gives this place a strong sense of community.

I would absolutely recommend The Goddard School to any parent. Their educational programming is so varied, fun and interesting! I love reading my sons daily reports every day and I always smile and feel so excited for him that he got to learn and experience so many things! I have 3 children at Goddard. 3mo, 1.5yo and 3.5yo and all 3 are extremely happy. They are learning a lot, having fun and meeting other kids. I am impressed by the Goddard curriculum of having the kids do yoga and gymnastics, teaching them sign language and integrating spanish into their lessons as well. My older children love the variety! All of the teachers and staff are very friendly and really seem to genuinely care.

My 20 month old daughter has been attending The Goddard School in Bare Hills since the beginning of June and we cant say enough good things about it. From the loving and caring teachers to the thoughtful programming to the beautiful facilities, we have been tremendously happy with our choice to send our daughter to Goddard. We loved the Goddard School of Bare Hills! Our daughter learned so much from her loving teachers. They were a great help in fostering her language development as we were concerned about a delay. Now, our 2-year-old is a chatterbox!

When I drop my son off in the morning, I know he is in good hands. The teachers do a great job communicating how he is doing and how the day went. I feel he is gets a lot of attention and is exposed to so many great new things throughout the day.

Our son is almost three and this was his first experience of care outside of the house (we have a nanny). The Goddard school has been wonderful. The teachers are great and the administration is very organized and parent-friendly. We love it so far.

We have two babies at Goddard, and we love it. Its definitely going to be a more expensive day care option, but if you can make the financial sacrifice, its completely worth it. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is very professional, but still friendly and warm. They have incredible programming (crafts, arts, music, sign language, etc.), so I feel like our kids are getting a lot of enrichment, even in the baby rooms. Lunch is provided twice a week along with twice daily snacks, which is a huge plus! Above all, I feel like the teachers truly love my kids. I never hesitate to drop my kids off in the morning, knowing they will not just be taken care of but loved.

My 4 yrs old has been attending The Goddard School at Bare Hills for a year and he absolutely loves it. I like that the older classes are run like classes and not like a daycare, and that the teachers are trained in education. I also like that there are so many other activities such as, Spanish, yoga, and gymnastics. These are such great additional and educational activities.

My 2 year old has been attending Goddard School for the past 8 months. She has done so well here and we know that we made the right choice in sending her to this school. The children learn life skills and are educated through play. They incorporate sign language, spanish, yoga, music, outdoor activities and so much more. My daughter loves her teachers and loves going to school. We are so happy with Goddard, that we will be sending our son to the infant class starting in June

Its not easy to leave your child in someone elses care, but its so much easier for us when we watch him smile, run to, and hug his teachers at drop-off every morning. My daughter started attending the Goddard School when it opened last January. I took two years off from my career as a teacher to stay home with her and was uneasy about sending her to full-time day care when the two years were up. As soon as I walked into the Goddard School I knew my daughter would be in good hands. As a parent, my first concern is safety and there is no shortage of safety protocol at the school. I feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter there and have never doubted her safety. All protocols established at the school help the children to be safe in every sense of the word! Now that my daughter is at the pre-school age, what she is learning is very important. The Goddard School provides an age-specific curriculum with activities to help with social interaction, physical skills, reading, writing, art......and the list goes on and on. I will say it was pretty interesting when my daughter came home and taught me sign language and Spanish! Parents receive a written report everyday of what activities occurred, which ones your child participated in, what your child ate and when they napped. You do not have to play the guessing game of What did you do in school today? It is all there for you. Finally, the staff at The Goddard School is personabale and helpful. They are willing to take time to talk to you and check in to see how everything is going with you and your child. I cannot rave enough about the Goddard School and would HIGHLY recommend it to any parent who wants the most safe and well-rounded early-education opportunity for their child.

My daughter is thriving there. She is loved, stimulated and very engaged in her social and emotional world full of play, creativity and imagination.

We couldnt be happier that we made the decision to move our daughter to the Bare Hills Goddard School. She wakes up before the sun rises and begs us to take her to school. At the end of each day when we pick her up, she complains that we have arrived too early and we should come back later. My favorite aspect of the school is the Communication between teachers and parents. I look forward to receiving Tadpole every day to see what my child is doing in school. I love knowing the activities that she has accomplished each day! It is so nice to be able to approach staff with questions and get timely responses!

We have had a wonderful experience with Goddard at Bare Hills and our 18-month old daughter loves her time there! We started our daughter at the school in July 2013 after moving from North Carolina. We couldnt be happier with Goddard as it relates to depth and quality of staff, administration, curriculum and care.Staff/Administration: The teachers at Goddard are wonderful -- they show so much care and concern for their children, but moreover, they are knowledgeable, creative, thoughtful and incredibly enthusiastic. They worked so hard to make the transition an easy one for us. They are equally as excited as I am when my daughter reaches a new milestone. The administration is also incredibly supportive and actively involved in overseeing the center and its policies and ensuring quality care. Communication with parents is very good.Curriculum: The classes follow a detailed, well-planned curriculum each day that includes a variety of activities and skills to be explored. As a parent, its wonderful to get such a detailed report of what my child is doing all day. She has learned so much since being at Goddard and her social skills are excellent. There is a wonderful balance between reading, art, music and play (and rest time, of course).Facility: The facilities at Goddard are great and most importantly are safe and clean. Teachers work hard to keep their classrooms in good order. There is a great outdoor space for the kids to play and explore (divided into age appropriate areas) and they also use the facilities at close-by Coppermine.

Both of our children attend The Goddard School at Bare Hills, and we couldnt be happier. There is a different theme every month, which is carried throughout each lesson. They have yoga, dance, Spanish, sign language, music, and have Coppermine come in every week for physical education. They have an indoor rock wall and gym, so even if the kids cant get outside, they do get exercise.The owners are present and communicative, and the teachers couldnt be better.

Our family is very content that our son is growing at the Goddard school. We really appreciate that the facility offers more than just quality daycare for little ones, but also loving and creative classrooms for developing young minds.
