My first impression was clean & well-ventilated classroom with students wearing white coats. But no one greeted me. A room full of people left me standing there for 5 mins straight. Then I was sat down for another 15 mins waiting for whoever I dont even know. So I never got the class information or tuition information or whatever. I just left. Would not recommend this beauty school.

A wonderful program! I took the nail technician program and I passed my exam on the first attempt. I felt well prepared for my exam. All the instructors including the owner took their time to explain any question or technique I needed help with. There is a lot of one on one time with the instructors to help you perfect your skill. Online classes are available to help you with theory.

Came twice in a day had to call a number on the door after calling 5 times while seeing staff inside looking out they had the nerve to say that it’s only a school for students but I’ve had my haircut a few times and the front door says service hours and service prices as well as it says walk ins welcomed this place is a joke nobody wanted to do anything save your time and spend a little more for good service I did come during service hours specified on their front door .

This school is professional and affordable. I was able to learn so much so quickly. I personally would recommend this for anyone who is motivated and eager to learn. The owner and teachers are very helpful and available at all times. Also, you are able to make payments if need be. Great location in the Arlington area!

Terrible, terrible, terrible, and I cannot express this enough... terrible place to get your license. They are scamming people who dont know much about the process of getting a cosmetology license and their business needs to be shut down. They will take your money and leave you hanging.

Horrible and Extremely Unprofessional School!!!I have a few friends went there for school and they find out the owner charged them $5000 while other student got charged only $3500. My friend tries to talk to the owner Mrs. Lucy and was told it is none of their businesses!!! Not only that when one of my friends took the written test and she fail 5 times in a role because the answered the school taught are wrong both from the instructors and the owner herself. I was going to signed up for classes but after my friends told me that … oh NO WAY am I going to waste my money to such a Horrible and Extremely Unprofessional School!!!

I went in to get my nails done. It was 8:04 and the girl was just putting the final gel polish this old Vietnamese man said I needed to leave cause they were closed. Stupid old man I’m a paying customer and all she needed was two more minutes. Btw she did an amazing job it’s the owners who are rude.

I will NEVER EVER go here again. I went in for a haircut, and they were completely unprepared (did not have towels, capes, scissors, anything readily available). Even though they were unprepared to even cut my hair, they made me pay upfront instead of after the job was done. My hairstylist was very unprofessional: she shouted to her co-workers what supplies she needed instead of getting them herself, she bad-mouthed one of the other students while washing my hair, and she gloated about how she is the best in the school. I specified TWO things about my hair: I DO NOT want layers, and I have split ends that need to be cut off. What did she do? She layered my hair, and I still have split ends. I swear the split ends are worse after she trimmed them. Also, I have never had a hairdresser point out to me that I have a gap in my hairline around my temple. I didnt even know it was there because its small, and I have so much hair that its really not noticeable, and every haircut Ive ever had has covered it. However, she took a lot of time to tell me what vitamins I should take to make my hair grow better so that I wont have a gap anymore. It was very condescending and rude. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had with getting a haircut, and Im still upset about it a week later.

Had a good experience, I went to school there a few years ago and now I am working for a very good salon. I also loved that it was affordable for me, I was a teenager at the time attending and was able to finish paying it off before graduatingIf you do go there for haircuts or any services remember that they are STUDENTS doing the services, the instructors are there to gide them so DONT expect perfection.

Went there as a customer last december. Not my first time there, I have gotten my hair cut like 2 other times prior, and it was all okay. But this time I got my hair dyed. Did take longer than what I am used to, and thats okay but what wasnt okay is how one of the teachers ignored her students.Basically, the teachers were the ones placing the dye in the cup and giving it to the students. My dye had to be refilled about 5 times, and during one of those times, the student who was doing my hair noticed the color on the refill was off and continously asked her teacher if she handed her the right one. The teacher didnt even bother to check the cup and still said yes.The whole thing cost me 60$ and had I not gone out of town the next day, I would have been back to ask for a refund bc now the sides of my hair are a shade darker, while the rest of my hair is a shade lighter (which is very obvious).I hate this a lot.
